Exceptional welcome and spot on communication. Excellent location near everything but just out of the hustle and bustle of the full-on city centre. Perfect for longer stays in Athens. Plenty of room to move and a great balcony overlooking an excavation at the back. Everything you need and more. Highly recommended

Absolutely nothing negative to say.

It's the perfect place for a trip to Athens! Just stop looking and book before someone else does. The apartment is in an incredible location. It's within walking distance of all the attractions, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe at night. John is a very helpful host and the included self-serve breakfast is very well-stocked. The beds were comfortable, shower was good, it has a nice patio, and the AC blows cold in both rooms.

I highly recommend this place! Don’t waste time searching for alternatives. This apartment offers an excellent location, cleanliness, and functionality. Everything is within walking distance—we never needed public transport. The self-check-in instructions were very easy to follow. The apartment was spotless, the bed was large and comfortable, and the smart TV allowed us to use our own streaming accounts seamlessly. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a coffee machine with coffee provided. John, the host, was incredibly helpful with everything. Be prepared for some small but very thoughtful surprises when you arrive! :) If we visit Athens again, we will definitely stay here!

The location is fantastic and very central to the historic sights and hop on hop off bus tours. It’s also very well situated inside with everything you need for a short stay away from home. There are great restaurants and a market very close as well. It’s a fantastic property.

Great apartment with a great location within walking distance to Acropolis, Plaka, and the other sights to see in Athens. Great bakeries close by as well. John is a great host and this couldn't have been a more enjoyable trip for us.

Great location in a quiet area.Close to metro, restaurants and bars. Place was spotless and has everything you need- even juice and snacks were provided. Host was very helpful with information before I arrived and was always available whenever I had any questions. A very pleasant stay!

The property was centrally located to the main attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Having the washing machine and the air drying rack was great. The host was easy to communicate with, with great instructions.

The only issue was we found the bed a bit hard for our liking. A mattress topper would probably solve the problem, as it’s not intolerable.

This was such a clean and quiet, well-appointed apartment in an excellent location. You can walk to all the major sites, neighbourhoods, and restaurants in just a few minutes. John, the owner/manager was very responsive with answers to our questions.we were very happy with our stay there.

A great apartment in the heart of the Koukaki neighborhood. We found in the apartment everything you could ask for and even a small souvenir from Athens. There is an elevator in the building. The apartment is a short walking distance of a few minutes from the famous sites of Athens: Acropolis Hill, Acropolis Museum, the Plaka and more. There is also a metro station nearby. There is no doubt that on our next visit to Athens we will book the same apartment again. Thank's John

First and foremost our host, John, was an excellent host. He was readily available to address any questions/concerns that we had. Upon arriving at the apartment, we felt expected and welcomed. The apartment was spotless and very well-equipped and configured. John thought of everything to make us feel comfortable! The location was wonderful. Many local restaurants to enjoy and very easy to get to the Acropolis and the metro. We would stay at John's apartment any time we are Athens again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, John, for a wonderful stay.

The apartment is wonderful! Everything is new and very clean, location is perfect, very close to Acropolis, Odeon theater and many other landmarks. You can even see ancient ruins from the balcony! John is a great host! It is our third time staying in his apartment, and every time he left us snacks, wine and even little gifts. We could not be more grateful for his hospitality and wonderful welcome!

Brilliant apartment. Comfortable bed. Everything you’ll need -from bottled water in the fridge and snacks on our arrival, to a washing machine! Excellent communication with John the owner. It’s a ten minute walk to the Acropolis, so excellent location. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Athens

It was easy to find! The location is great, everything is in a walk distance. The apartment was neat and clean and very comfortable, it had all we needed, and even more!! We got very late and exhausted to the apartment, we found snacks and cold drinks, that was extremely helpful. John is an extremely kind host, he was very helpful and very generous.

It is our second stay at John’s apartment, and we believe it offers excellent value for its location and amenities. The apartment is only steps away from Acropolis and is located near various historic sites, restaurants and stores. We really like the location! The owner was very responsive and kind, and he even bought us snacks a a gift as a souvenir of our time in Athens. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!
