Nothing but worth mentioning that: 1. the road to the property is uphill for approx 100/150m - not the easiest if you have big luggage or not in good health / able to walk uphill. 2. Balconies and outdoor terraces are pretty much shared / next to each other - the separating walls aren’t big and during busy months when the property is fully booked you will be very close to your neighbors (e.i people talking late or smoking)

Simply perfect!!! Stunning, clean, and quiet location with breathtaking views of Kamari and the sea. They gave us a warm welcome, making us feel at home, especially Stamatis: he recommended places to go, things to do, and where to eat (even making reservations for us) to fully experience the island. The hotel crew was simply amazing! Everyone so friendly, gave us the best tips of what to do in the island, also help us to rent the TRX… sincerely, everything was amazing. The purpose of this trip was to celebrate my 30s, and they prepared me a beautiful surprise for me in the room in my birthday. Breakfast was also amazing, with a lot of options! The view for the sunset is really magnificent! I really recommend this hotel if you want to have a magic experience in Santorini.

Everything was simply perfect I couldn't have wished for anything better. The hotel is so lovely and has a breathtaking position, a peaceful place with a stunning view and unique owners. Waking up or going to sleep with such a view...what else ? Hope to be back soon to enjoy again such a beauty.

the staff was very nice, the breakfast was diverse and very good, loved the location on top of the hill because of the nice view, but bear in mind that you have to hike a steep path. The room and bathroom were very nice, clean and with a very confortable bed. It is near to the airport but there is no annoying noise from the planes. Also close to the Kamari beach.

The location is central, and though the walk up is a bit steep, it’s definitely worth it for the view and peaceful surroundings. Perhaps some improvements could be made in the future to make the walk easier, but overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

You will need a taxi from/to the ports (especially with luggage), the local buses proved super convenient during my stay. Room is big enough, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with bright windows that kept it airy and cheerful. The owner was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond—whether offering personalized recommendations or just sharing local tips. Breakfast felt like a cozy community gathering, adding to the warm vibe. For travelers seeking tranquility without sacrificing accessibility, this spot is a gem. Highly recommend, and I would gladly return for next rounds. Also....the Kamari town and beach are very nice too.

The manager himself is carrying the hotel. He was helpful and friendly to us. When we arrived he explained everything about the island.
