This properties location is prime. It is a few miles away from town so you get the best of worlds. Theres a trail that leads straight to town and we enjoyed taking hikes on that trail.

Awesome location for a quiet family holiday . Away from the noise of oia city with a direct view of subset from the room itself . Sunset spot easily hikeable nearby. The staff was helpful in booking tours and taxi transfers !

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was delicious—we really enjoyed it each morning. The highlight was definitely the sunset view from the pool—it was absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and memorable getaway.

The bathrooms were cramped. Maybe a shelf or 2 to put your toiletries would help. And the ability to open windows to let air into the bedroom.

The staff were incredibly helpful with local recommendations. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the complimentary breakfast was a great perk. The sunset view from the pool was absolutely breathtaking. We felt pampered and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The private pool seems a bit dirty over time. I suspect there was no no circulatory system in the pool which was not so hygienic.

Staff very nice and supportive. Room clean and beautiful. Nice pool and beautiful sunset viewing. Have a lovely restaurant right across the street that serve delicious western dishes. Love the location and everything.

The hill that you need to walk every time to get to the room.

We loved the view. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They were very attentive, the room had bread, fruits, water, coffee and also a bottle of wine (all included)!

There was cleaning service every day who were efficient and friendly. There was fresh juice and other breakfast items provided every day. The hosts provided everything that we needed and asked for. They were exceptional!

The kitchenette was well-stocked with various breakfast items and beverages each morning, and the two bottles of wine were excellent local wines. We were given an upgraded villa upon arrival with unbelievable sunset views from the swimming pool and hot tub. The housekeeping staff had our villa spotless each day, and the front desk staff, Naya and Dani, were extremely helpful with car pickups, dinner reservations, and island recommendations. They went above and beyond!

Challenging for older folks: Lots of steps inside the home, many unmarked single stairs that were trip hazards, and no hand railings anywhere. Location itself is a small hike from town.

Generous delicious breakfast, pretty view, clean and comfortable accommodations with good bedding and ample towels.

One of the main reasons why we booked the place was that we thought we would have the sea view of the caldera side and volcano which are located on the west side of the island. In the description of the hotel and its attractions it stated caldera, which we understood to mean caldera / volcano view. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we realized that even though the hotel was located close to the caldera, its front was turned to the east (opposite) side of the island. Thus, we could see Oia’s village and the main city but not the caldera or volcano as we expected.

The service was exceptional. We really appreciate everyone who helped us. Everything super clean, service fast and friendly. We got great recommendations from the staff, and we enjoyed our breakfast. The hotel had free parking and it was very close to Oia.
