Running water not working over night, which makes it inconvenient for taking shower and even flush the toilet. It was an area issue though.

Had problems with the annexe door into the street in that the key couldn't easily open it from the outside. However, this seemingly was rectified after Day 1. Was an intermittent noise caused by a door on the room above mine. It wasn't a good fit into the door jamb and moved continually in the wind. This also seemed to be fixed later in the week.

The breakfast was superb although I didn't take it every day. My room was in the annexe and it was just as the photos showed. Really big room. Wifi signal was excellent.

We were there for a night before flying home, and It is noisy at night. If you’re out partying late, you’re fine, but there is a restaurant downstairs open till about 2am and it can be loud. I had my trusty wax earplugs so I was able to sleep peacefully! But Mykonos town is late and loud so anywhere in town has the possibility of being noisy I guess.

This is a really charming hotel in a good location in town. The staff were lovely and friendly and our room (we had a deluxe) was very nice and very comfortable with a cute little terrace area overlooking courtyard. Good value for money. The hotel itself was very nice.

I believe for the price the breakfast should be included. However this was not an issue on my stay at all, and for sure I would return!

Night club near by which was very noisy unless you remembered to close the window in the bathroom :)

We liked the location as it was on the edge of the old harbour area so a little bit quieter. Great rooftop terrace which looked towards little venice so able to sit, drink wine and look at the stars.

Be careful to request a room with no one staying above you if possible as there is quite a lot of noise through the ceilings. Such a shame as otherwise it’s perfect.

Our hotel room was above the restaurant, which was sometimes a little noisy.

We didn’t like the beds. We could feel the spirals of the bed on my back. The bedsheets were always folded out of the beds. I had to make the beds before going to sleep. I don’t know if it’s common but I found it really weird.

Great value, staff were very nice and helpful! They always were able to book us rides and when we missed our ferry and decided to stay in Mykonos longer they were able to accommodate us at very reasonable price. The restaurant is also amazing. Great experience!

The rooms have their windows towards their restaurant that opens at 7pm and close at 2am. It is very noisy, especial if you are in the room 125 next to one of the restaurant room, and people get excited and start speaking loud and laughing. The room has been provided with toiletries for first day, and then nothing, you have to ask for. The reception said most people don't use them and that why they do not provide more. I have been disappointed as this is 3star hotel and if you check that toiletries are used it should be replaced. Is not cheap either and they don't care much about customers as their restaurant is noisy every night. One night they had a band as for a celebration and was that loud that even with wax earplugs I couldn't sleep they finish, 2:30am.

The location is close to centre of Mikonos Town. The room was good size and cleaned every day. Terrace in front of the door nice. Walking distance to everything around.
