The location - Kolimbia is beautiful. We are a couple with a teenager and 6 year old and the villa/area had something for everyone. The centre is ten mins walk, beach 15 mins walk. The beach is beautiful. We also spent a week in lallysos and all much preferred Kolimbia. The centre has shops and bars, arcades and fair for the little ones. Kolimbia has a small harbour were you can get boat trips. The beaches are stunning on the east coast in comparison to the west. If we revisited Rhodes would definitely stay on the east coast and just spend a day in the city centre which is enough. It is cheaper on the east coast too. Tsambika beach is amazing too, ten mins drive. The island is so small that with a car we visited many beautiful beaches on the east coast. Service - could not fault this. Manuel told us were to visit, and was available for any advice. Anything we needed he sorted straight away. Breakfast was lovely delivered in a picnic basket each morning, we found this was enough to have lunch for 4 with too whilst relaxing by the pool. It was our daughter’s birthday. On the morning manuel and a lady came with a beautiful chocolate cake, candle and gifts and sang happy birthday to her which she loved. The villa - air con was amazing. Kept the rooms super cool. 2 bedrooms upstairs and one down and 2 bathrooms made it much easier for 4 of us. The pool was lovely. Sunbeds lovely and comfortable. Nice dining area in the shade by the back patio door. Villa cleaned daily, beds changed when needed. Clean bath and pool towels each day.

Really nothing that detracted hugely from the overall experience - if we had to highlight one thing, maybe a little bit of the 'maintenance' of the interior of the villa (shower fitting coming off wall, a few kitchen cupboards in need of repair) But small things and no real issue given all the positives...

Almost too many things to mention as so many things were fabulous - the communication and service before we arrived, the airport shuttle arranged for us, the excellent service from Manuel and the Reception team (for whom nothing was too much trouble and who went the extra mile on many occasions), the complementary massages, endless help and information and booking trips, restaurants etc,, beautifully prepared breakfasts delivered each morning. The villa itself was lovely, we loved the upstairs terrace and of course the private pool which was spotlessly clean and very well maintained daily. Great location with easy access to town and many fabulous restaurants (Carusel, Ouzaki and Nissaki were all amazing), but also easy access to multiple beautiful beaches. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Peoples was nice and Villa (Rhodos) was suberb. Breakfast ordering and delivery system is good and food war excellent. Villas are so near to center that you can walk there or use rental scooters.

Being in a privat villa with the amenities of a good hotel: Free breakfast according to our requests, room service food/cleaning, nice greek architecture for the villa, full kitchen, including a very fruitful vine pergola. Includes BBQ, dinning table, swimming pool and kids pool, lawn for playing, very privet, free parking. Loved it! Loved the staff - very responsive. Includes pickup from and dropoff to the airport. 10 minutes walking to the beach, 2 minutes driving to a nice water park hotel.

Fantastic value for money, location is excellent - very quick and easy walk to restaurants and shops of Kolymbia and the beaches. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. All the staff were great and happy to help. Breakfasts were generous and tasty.

Nothing. Sofa is slightly uncomfortable as it’s a sofa bed but that’s being picky.

There are 12 properties on this complex and all are close but secluded. Ours had a lovely pool (with a smaller one for our 3 year old. The villa is cleaned daily and the breakfast service is brilliant. You order what you want and it’s delivered in a picnic basket in the morning to your door. Gifts on arrival. A host that couldn’t do enough for us. Really great value for money and will definitely be back

The villa was very well located towards main attractions in the island. Villa was part of ths street of villas and was very quiet and with beautiful views from 2nd floor (sea view). The pool was big and well situated in the garden next to villa. We liked very much attentive attitude of hosts and possibility to choose meals for breakfast. We had an amazing stay!

Possibility of comfortable checkout. A quiet place in close proximity to the city's infrastructure. The incredibly well maintained pool, all of the staff (from housekeeping to maintenance, management to the room service delivery) the great breakfast (delivered to your door in the morning) the fantastic hospitality, the beautiful villa -all the luxury of a hotel but with the space and privacy of a villa. The location - peaceful but close enough to the beach/shops/restaurants. Everything! From the second we booked until the time we left we were really impressed. After a very delayed arrival into Rhodes (as well as it being dark and not having driven on the left before 🤣) we got lost, Manuel called to see how we were getting on after our flight and upon telling him we were lost he told us to stay where we were whilst he sent someone out to guide us to our villa - within 2 minutes our angel arrived to direct us 🤣 From that point on nothing was too much trouble, the service we received was effortlessly fantastic. We’ve had an incredible holiday and won’t hesitate to return as well recommend it to everyone who will listen!

A villa with private pool that is run like a hotel. We chose our breakfast via an app which was delivered in the morning. There was a huge choice- something for everyone. Daily cleaning if you want it. Only a few minutes from one of the Kolymbia beaches.
