Room was a bit small. It was a double bed. Air conditioning was a bit weak especially for sleeping. We expect these things when we travel so it would not deter us from staying there again. We always pack a travel fan during summer.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to help us during our stay. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with hot and cold options. Location in the old town was perfect.

Everything! All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The beautiful hotel is right in the middle of old town, the best location if you want to explore! The wine tasting was fantastic, as was their selection of wine! We recommend including breakfast in your stay, the staff are very generous! An absolute gem in the heart of Rhodos City! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a team whose warmth and genuine care instantly made us feel at home. We stayed for just one night initially, but were so impressed that we immediately booked another stay a few days later. The staff was kind, but not the quickest to act, we had to wait for a bit to get a taxi, which is however a general issue in Rhodes town. Recommendations were good but not outstanding.

The rooms are very big and comfortable. The whole hotel is incredibly well designed and it has its unique style that adds up to the overall experience. The staff was kind and available, and the location was absolutely perfect.

Amazing place in the heart of the old town within a walking distance of everything. Gorgeous and super quiet rooms-a unique bland of historically thick walls from 900. century and modern comfort. The service and the quality of food and drinks was excellent-we enjoyed so much a wonderful hospitality of everyone in the hotel. Highly recommended place that must be experienced and returned to. Loved everything about this place - starting from the relaxed check-in with a glass of wine in hand (courtesy of the hotel) to the beautifully decorated and quite large room & the friendly staff. They also drove me to the port for my morning ferry & provided a sandwich since it was too early for breakfast. The only sad part was that I only booked one night :(

Wonderful little spot in the centre of the old town! We only stayed for one night to explore the old town after our beach holiday but we wish we had booked for a couple more. It’s the perfect spot to explore a city as a couple. Wines were wonderful and breakfast was tasty.

The only downside was the size of the rooms. It is basically one bedroom- the shower is right next to the bed. It was not a big issue for us as we were out of our room most of the time. Just a heads up though in case that is something you look for in a hotel room!

Wonderful hotel! The staff was amazing- especially Anastasia! She went above and beyond in accommodations, recommendations, and overall service. The rest of the staff were so friendly and really ensured that everything was taken care of. The breakfast included was delicious. The location of this hotel was great too. You are right in the center of old town. The best part is that when you go to your room, you do not hear the commotion from the streets. We could not recommend this hotel enough!

The room of the hotel is on the smaller side as it is a historical building.

It is very centrally located in the heart of Old Town. The hotel staff were very professional, friendly and extremely polite and accommodating; they made our stay very warm and welcome! The room was very clean and was maintained that way throughout our stay. They accommodated a wine tasting outside their normal hours for us due to the excursions we had booked and were all around amazing! The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious!

Nothing to honestly dislike; except the building did have some very very minor height restrictions, due it it being part of the old town building / castle and also being designated a Unesco World Heritage site, but the hotel even asked how tall the guests were, so we knew of the arched ceiling heights, and my tall husband was forewarned (6ft 3inch and he was ok) so was not a problem because the hotel and building was so beautiful.

Hotel reception were in communication in the run up to arriving (we were island hopping) including being picked-up from the ferry port by the hotel reception staff in an electric buggy; great if struggling with luggage or if you struggle to walk on the cobbled alleyways and paths. Also great because the staff talked to us about the history whilst riding into the old town.

AC was a little on the loud side, the property seemed confused between if its a restaurant or a hotel. Very crowded in the center during our time there.

Great breakfast, very nice staff, great for wine lovers, people who love to sleep late. Good central location next to important sites. Staff was always helpful.

Amazing location! Right amongst it all in the old town. So close to restaurants and sightseeing. Quiet room, great aircon! The staff were fantastic. Welcome wine on arrival, electric car dropped us and our heavy bags at the port - thank you!
