“The facilities were amazing and the view was incredible. We were on the highest floor which was great. They had elevators and the view was the best from the top. The staff were spectacular. Alexander checked us in very late and still helped us with our bags to our room. Mr. Stelios was outstanding, always greeted us when passing and when we couldn’t get a taxi to the bus station he took his own time to drop us to the bus station. The rest of the staff were amazing, always smiling and greeting when we passed. The man from maintenance (we sadly never got his name) was so kind as well, he helped us with a couple of things on our 1st day there and every day we met him after he made tine to converse with us and we felt we built really lovely relationships with all of the staff there for this reason. We could not rate this hotel and their staff any higher, a one of a kind service from all. We will definitely be back again”
