“The extra bed in our suite was awful, it was a small creaky camp bed we ended up moving the bedding onto the sofa bed which was marginally better.
The drains in the bathroom made the whole room smell.”
“Authentic homestay very close to a hip beach, bus stop and a ten-minute (hairy-not much sidewalk) walk into the old town. Exceptionally clean and quiet (except for some traffic), with a balcony and clothes line for bathers and towels. Highly recommend! Stelios was helpful and it's so nice to stay in a budget room in such a good location that was comfortable.”
“Self catering and well equipped. Basic room but clean. Host, Vangelis, was around every day and very helpful and friendly.
The location is brilliant. Close to Megali Ammos beach and Thessaloniki Taverna where you can get breakfast, snacks, drinks and sun beds in the day and in the other half serves delicious meals in the evening. Have to admit we didn’t do too much self catering!
Ten minutes easy walk takes you to the port via the vibrant town and without having to navigate any steep hills. It is close to bus stop 5 so you can explore other beaches, though buses can be quite full. Our tip would be to walk down to bus stop 0 to be sure of a seat!”
