“I had a very bad experience at this hotel.
The room was full of ants, which bit both me and my friend. We had to leave in the middle of the night and move to another hotel. The staff were not cooperative: when I asked about leaving earlier, they treated it as a cancellation, refused to refund me, and also refused to let my friend stay even though the booking was under both our names.
In the end, I lost more than €400 and received no help. Very disappointing and absolutely not recommended.”
