“Amazing hotel, we booked a Junior Suite and got upgraded to a larger Suite (VIP I think) on check in. Reception team were extremely helpful and arranged last minute restaurant bookings with prime sunset tables. Great location, out of hustle bustle but easily walkable to shopping / market /restaurant area of Fira. Breakfast was great - not buffet style, but made to as ordered, but you can order as much as you want. Pool & breakfast area was beautiful and we always managed to get pool lounges after breakfast or in the afternoon. (lounges get busy about 11am and then people start leaving around 3pm) Loved the cats that came and visited and my daughter loved feeding them so sorry for the next residents of our villa (although you can buy cat food from the convivence stores around ) all in all some much needed luxury in an amazing location.”
