The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with planning our stay and even arranging an on-site car rental, which was affordable and hassle-free. The hotel’s design is beautiful, well-organized, and spotless. The pool area is calm and relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious, made with fresh, local products.Another big plus is the location, with convenient bus connections to the center of Heraklion and the airport. And of course, the beach is just steps away. This place truly made our vacation special, and we highly recommend it!”

    “The host was super helpful. A later checkout was no problem and answers to any questions (via Whatsapp) were immediate. The suite was really well appointed and fitted out to a really high standard, with top quality fixtures and fittings. The aircon was especially good. A minutes walk to the beach and seafood Taverana. There was a 10 minute (free) bus ride in to Heraklion, with the bus stop being a 4 minute walk away. The buses ran at night too. The Taverna (also owned by the property host) was extremely busy, all of the time, so book well in advance. It was really reasonably priced and the food was superb (guess that's why it's always busy!)”

    “This was honestly the perfect location – right on the beach, where you can hear the soothing sound of the waves from your room. Just next to the hotel there is a fantastic beach club restaurant, definitely one of the best in the whole area, with absolutely delicious food and the friendliest, most professional service. The rooms were spacious and clean, and during our stay the weather was so nice that we didn’t even need to use the air conditioner. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea – we truly enjoyed every moment here.”
