Nothing really, we get what we paid for!

Location was perfect, near to the town center (you had to walk up a steep hill to reach but it's a price to pay in Sighnaghi haha). Shared kitchen with all the facilities and a shared fridge. Room was everything you can expect for this price and the host was really nice. We paid some extra lari for the breakfast and it was really worth it! But the best of the place are the beautiful views from the terrace, having breakfast seeing this charming place was actually an experience!

Very nice place - especially the terrace is amazing. We were lucky to have the place almost to ourselves, so we could use the living room and watch movies without disturbing anyone. Good kitchen. And lots of cute cats in the streets around the house. :)

The shower tray is cracked and the bathroom is a bit cold. We were offered breakfast for 25GEL which we felt like was a bit too much.

The view from the balcony is amazing. Anna and her family were lovely and very hospitable. The location is perfect to get into the town. Anna's husband took us on a tour to see sights and wineries and we really enjoyed it.

The surroundings don't look nice at all, but once you step inside, it's a totally different feeling. The shower drains into the middle of the bathroom, so the floors become wet, and there's some mold in the shower. Otherwise it was very clean, no bad smells.

Guesthouse has only 3 rooms, of which we occupied 2. It was very cozy inside with big couch and a kitchen, it is renovated and modern. Floors were clean and it was nice to walk barefoot. The rooms are big, beds are big, mattresses are rather soft, wardrobes are new and very spacious. One room has a view over the valley. You can buy their table wine as well. And you can get breakfast with the beautiful view.

We missed hot water. The breakfast "offered" by the host was of very good quality, however it was totally overpriced and the price was not communicated to us upfront (90 GEL!!!). This totally took us by surprise especially food being not very expensive at all around the place.

The property location is great. The host is nice and speaks English. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The place is clean, neat and quiet.

Zurabashvili is just gorgeous! Rooms are spacious and well appointed with little details such as provided shampoo and shower gel a beautiful touch. The view from the balcony is simply outstanding and the incredible breakfast that Ana provides makes it all the more charming. There's a swinging seat to drink in the view. Sitting on that balcony in the morning, sipping coffee while marvelling at the snow capped Caucasus mountains feels like heaven! And Ana is very welcoming and hospitable. We will definitely be back! The couch where my teenage daughter slept, would benefit from a thin mattress on top to cover the uncomfortable edges .

The shared bathroom shower stall will eventually need to be updated, but there was no issue to its functionality.

Beautiful and clean room in the quiet part of the town. The terrace and the views from it are fantastic! Ana was a very nice host and she prepared fabulous breakfast from local products for us. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.
