The cottage was a wonderful, clean, super cozy place that was very well located and gave us wonderful views and serene atmosphere. Every space in the house is very well thought through and spotless clean. The host was always available and super nice, making sure we were enjoying our stay. We highly recommend the place and will stay there again with pleasure on our next visit!

Only they didnt provide ironing equipments. I didnt check properly, so i left my travel iron. But thats okay, because everything provided in the cottage surpasses our expectations.

We had the whole place to ourselves. The cottage was very clean, the bed and duvet was so comfortable. Kitchen facilities was convenient for us to cook. We do not regret staying here for 3 nights. We had the beautiful view of the mountain while lounging in the living room. Worth money spent.

Great place for a relaxing vacation! Great location - all around is quiet and cozy, and from the windows there is a magnificent view of the mountains. We loved everything about it! Magical place! Worth a visit for sure - Such a wonderfully placed and built cabin. What a view to wake up to. Through the few days we were there we saw so many animals grass around the cabin right outside the door - donkeys, sheep, horses, goats. So fun. The cabin itself is beautiful and cozy. Everything detail was well thought though. The kitchen was well stocked. (The only random thing was the Christmas decor on the shelf and how difficult the place was to find, but the owner was of course so helpful) 🥰

The directions from Google is not good. But the owner sent a map and we were able to find it. The owner doesn't speak English, but we managed to communicate with the help of translators and body language. For shoping - you need to secure it in center of the Stepantsminda because there is no shops close by.

The cottage was very well equipped, including a washing machine, dishes, and pots. Cozy and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. A huge adventage is the beautiful view during nice weather.

Everything is perfect!

We really liked the house! Xvicha met us and showed the route to the house. There is everything you need. The beds and sheets are perfect, bathroom is wonderful. Also you have YouTube on TV and other applications. You have table to have lunch outside, grill, and no houses around!😍

The house is placed in a quite area with not many buildings around, which makes you enjoy the mountains and the nature even more ❤️. It’s absolutely stunning! All the things you need are in the house. The house itself is very stylish and has just an incredible view in every single room, since it has large windows. The host is very polite and helpful! It’s a right place to stay for a family, couple or even a small company, since there is a plenty of space to sleep. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful cosy time there.

Wildwood cabin is separate from any other buildings with open space around the cabin. It is very serene, especially when everything is covered in snow. The cabin is beautiful, modern, clean and truly has everything that you need. The water cut off in the very early hours of the morning affecting the heating and our hosts did not hesitate to come out and fix it. We also had concerns regarding road closures due to heavy snowfall and they were in constant contact with us keeping us informed of the situation. We loved our stay at Wildwood.

Everything was fantastic: starting with the host and ending with location. It’s a small and cozy house for maximum 5 people with everything necessary inside. We’ve spent there 2 days and 2 nights including the New Year’s. The house was amazingly decorated and had everything for a comfortable stay. There is a barbecue station outside and TV inside, a parking zone. The host was very kind and generous. Sending a great gratitude for his hospitality. The location is beyond perfect. Surrounded by mountains the house stands in a very calm and quiet place, nevertheless there re other houses nearby, so you don’t feel absolutely abandoned by people. The nearest shop is in 10 minutes by car.

The place is perfect!

The location is very nice: no people very close, so you can feel cozy privacy. But if you go up the road, there are people and shops. Very comfortable :) The house is very beautiful and well equipped. It has all the dishes, coffee and tea, toaster, kettle, microwave. It has bath robes, guest soap and shampoo, towels and bed linen. Every little detail is taken into account for a comfortable stay.

In general, our stay was very nice and positive, until the last moments. It was not possible to pay by card on arrival, so we agreed with the father of the owner that we would pay at check out in the morning. Apparently, the owner is not located nearby, so he installed a security camera on the house to keep track of what is happening around the premises. This already was a bit odd and invasive, because the camera would sometimes loudly announce via a speaker that ‘someone is observing you’. As we were packing the car in the morning, getting ready to leave, I heard that announcement again. When I got in the car, I looked at my phone and found several missed calls from the owner within a 10 minute time frame. (I hadn’t picked up cause I was busy getting kids ready and packing the car). I immediately called back and asked the guy how to settle the bill as discussed the day before. Instead of answering in any sort of civilised way, the guy started to shout in Russian that we were trying to run away from the bill, and that he knows because he was watching us via the camera. I explained that I already wanted to call him and did in fact call him before we left to do precisely that. He shouted and acted as if via his surveillance system and phone call he has just stopped a big robbery from taking place, even though we think it is is quite normal and had indeed agreed to settle the bill at the end of our stay. We felt rather offended by this conversation, but didn’t want to go into any further arguments as we were leaving. We left the money in the apartment and sent a picture of it to the owner. An hour later, while on the road, we wrote him a message that we felt sad that our enjoyable stay ended up being soured by the accusations made against us. The guy decided not to let it rest nor apologize. He called back and proceeded to loudly reiterate his earlier points, until I really had enough and just ended the call.

The property itself is really nice and comfortable. The location is quite beautiful as well. We liked the bbq equipment for making shashlik, but beware that proper meat for bbq is hard to find in the area unless you ask around in the town in Russian or Georgian.
