We had one key for two people, it would have been better to have 2 keys.

The apartment offered all you needed for a normal sleep, including a nice bed, fresh clean bed linen, a large comfortable sofa, an armchair, and chairs. There was even a washer and an ironing board with an iron. The bathroom included a shower and both cold and hot water. There was a hairdryer. The kitchen featured a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and dishes, plates, cups, glasses of different sizes, spoons, forks, knives, etc..

This place was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, warm, and beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and super cozy, and the kitchen had everything you could need – from basic dishes to a toaster and more. The dining area was really nice, with a couch and a big table that’s great for both eating and working. The heating system was adjustable, which made it even more comfortable, and the bathroom had a great shower. The owner was the nicest person – so helpful and friendly, which made the stay even better. The location couldn’t be better either – just a 1-minute walk from Stamba and 2 minutes from Rustaveli subway station. If you see this place available, don’t hesitate – BOOK it! You won’t regret it.

There is nothing to be disliked

We stayed there for 9 nights. Gocha is a super host. He took care of everything. The property is truely value for money. It has all the necessary facilities. We were provided with extra bed, toiletries, utensils, dishwash and other cleaning items. The heating was perfect in even -4 temperature. The apartment has proper ventilation and sunlight. The curtains are equipped with blinds. The location is near rustaveli metro station and next to stamba hotel. Gocha also provided us airport pick up and drop for a charge which was very comfortable. We wud recommend this apartment for sure to everyone looking for a calm and peaceful atmosphere as the courtyard it is located in is very peaceful.

Everything about the apartment was great, its spacious,warm,cozy,comfortable, fantastic location ..just 100 meters from world's 6th deepest metro station. And for Asian traveller's..guys ..it has got a hand faucet in the lavatory ..!! Right outside the property there is a popular bakery selling affordable edibles and coffee.

The apartment was a bit damp, but that is a minor thing you can easily solve with AC.

The host is very kind and thoughtful. There was a water shortage in Tbilisi for a day, and he brought me some bottles of drinking water and 2 barrels of utility water without being asked. I was surprised he didn't speak English, but it wasn't a problem at all since we could communicate easily via translator. The apartment was comfortable and very clean, the location was perfect. It was a great stay!

Renovated and fully equipped apartment it has all you need for your stay with full kitchen facility including all appliances, also it has great quality WiFi, AC, the heating facility was super and more than enough, washing machine, TV, hairdryer and many more, the location is perfect just few steps to the metro station with many shops around, most importantly Mr. Goacha the host of this apartment is a very very friendly and accommodating, I have stayed 6 nights and highly recommend this apartment for both short and long stay. The room was too clean and perfect that I would like other guests not spoil this place and keep it clean. Because retired grandmother is doing bed making after you. I much hope that rude and negative guests never come to this place. Because only positive and happy people deserve this flat!

I stayed with my wife and 2 kids in March 22-24, 2024. We very much liked bright room with many lights (and getting natural sunlights in day time, regardless the fact that it is in basement), located in the city centre.
