How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Cleanness control should be somehow better monitored.
Rooms beds are very good. Really comfortable. Hotel location is good. Parking is easy. Regretfully the nearby park with tennis courts nearby which was one of the assets of this hotel was under refurbishment this year. But in the hotel cafe they serve very original ice cream - Scoope.

Car Parking is a nightmare. Very central road not possible to stop even. In front of the hotel full always. Hotel need to contract with Parking place by fee. Location for leisure by walking is good but business with car the worst experience. Elevator on housekeeping hours another problem they using for service sometimes both. Breakfast tables all the time dirty. Two young guys are looking them but they are cleaning when you ask for it.
Room cleaning, bathroom amenities, silence, coffee machine in the room (I made decision with its photo already), slippers, air condition and Breakfast was very good. But shower doesn’t have a door and half open is not good; high volume water comes out.

could not lock the door to the balcony shared with another room and the soundproofness towards the street/car traffic was not the best, but once I figured out where to press the door to close tightly, it felt much better.
Nice hotel in Vera district of Tbilisi (on a hill). Not so large building, but well designed rooms, clean. Comfortable bed, good breakfast, pleasant staff. Exactly what I needed.

Keycards were running out every 2 days. Not enough place for storage. Sometimes bad smell from bathroom. If you lay too close to the windows could be cold, especially if it's windy outside. Poor noise isolation, especially in rooms face to the main street.
Nice and tasty restaurant on the ground floor. Friendly staff tried their best to make our rest wonderful. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is fantastic.

Hotel has accepted us more than welcomingly starting from the beginning by upgrading to a connected room (studio apartment was booked initially) till the late checkout without extra fees. The staff was friendly and warm to us, very polite and nice to us and kids. Breakfast was quite enough for our family. Location was quite well as it was near the main central areas and has connections with all the city, as mentioned in the description. Will strongly recommend for visits with families.

The staff was amazing—very kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, so I extended my stay for an additional two nights because I enjoyed the hotel so much. The location is excellent, situated on the main street with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the burger was tasty and delicious. Overall, the hotel had a cozy atmosphere.

The same repeated monotonous 'house' music for 10 days in the restaurant and in the Breakfast room was tedious in the extreme, and unnecessary. The staff apologies for it and said it was management's choice. I d advise looking at this.

The Property is located at the most suitable place. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lizzie at the Front desk has exceptional customer service skills, pleasant and welcoming approach. She helped us promptly and guided us on going around the city.
