We were in the spring time so it was not very hot, but I guess that AC can be too weak for the cooling in the summer

It's not really a minus, more a note: the three chalets are relatively close to one another, but with the terrace and private BBQ area for each we didn't really notice or hear our neighbours

We had a great time during our long week-end at Ukhuti Eco House! The one-bed room chalet was nicely furnished and everything worked fine. We enjoyed the magnificent views of the snowcapped mountains from the chalet and the balcony. Big nice breakfast with similarly nice view :) It was a surprisingly warm weekend for November so we didn't use the fireplace, but the heating system and shower worked perfectly. We had a nice walk around the village and further up the mountains, it's definitely a place I would recommend for a nice weekend away, and it's already only 3hours from Tbilisi!

they have to fix the tube in the shower < every time the water comes out all over the bathroom. also at the rainy day the water were averywhere in the dinning room as it was coming out through kamin

Bugs in the house: I smashed like around 50 of them since they were everywhere.

The view is amazing! The cottages are super comfortable and the hosts are very nice. The breakfast was HUGE and very filling.

Nicely decorated house in the hills with all the necessary facilities included. The view was beautiful, a relaxing location and a chill atmosphere. We were there with two small children and we all enjoyed our stay. Parking is provided.

- Excellent property, with fantastic views - Very accommodative and helpful host who went out of his way to make sure we got food and beverages delivered since we arrived late in the evening/night - A large TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc was indeed a bonus, since we could come back and relax - One area where the property may benefit from is for the host to keep some essentials such as coffee and tea, although I’m sure he would have arranged for it if we had asked

The drainage in the bathroom was a problem. Very quickly after turning on the shower the entire bathroom floods and becomes VERY slippery. After showering you need ti be careful for hours when going into the bathroom because it takes a long time to dry and the slippers provided make walking in there even more slippery

Everything here is very high quality and feels so luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped and they have soft and alcoholic drinks for sale. The views are magnificent, the photos don’t do it justice!

Very relaxing house in mountains. Amazing and memorable view! The owner was very helpful, responsive and accommodating and did the best to ensure all our requests are met. We have enjoyed our stay. We’ll come back soon!

Roof is leaking during the rain. No cooking pot, only frying pan. No shampoo and shower gel. Kitchen drawers are loose. Washing machine you can youse only for extra cost (5,5$ per wash). The area doesn’t have a supermarket around, so get everything you need with you. Even water. Breakfast is the same every day.

The view is beautiful. Sunbeds in front of the cottage. And barbecue place for each cottage.

We had no connectivity. The wifi depends on LTE reception, not broadband. When we arrived we had no connection, SMS, data or wifi. This made it hard to communicate with the host as well. Luckily the key was on the door. Now, the nature is so amazing that going off grid would not have been an issue if we had known in advance.

Awesome view, even when it rained. The house has amenities to cook and a restaurant/bar that wasn’t being operated when we were there.
