Our stay in Kazbegi was simply amazing. The cottage facility was new, well-operating, the scene was wonderful, and the property owner was welcoming and helpful. The cottage location is also near from the main attractions such as the Grgeti Trinity Church, the zipline, the waterfalls, the mineral sulfur water, and market and bank.

The place had all the facilities required for the perfect stay for our family of 6 people. It was best located with a great view of stepantsminda and placed perfectly just 2 3km from Gergeti Trinity church. The hosts were amazing and helped us with all the requirements.

Mariami made us feel so welcome and really took care to ensure that all was safe and well. We arrived during some heavy snow fall that made the drive from Tbilisi tricky even with a 4WD. The coziness, the fire, the majestic views that, with the lighting, change by the minute, and the excellent amenities made it a superb place to stay.

Everything was perfect!

A perfectly equipped and cosy cabin, exactly what we needed for our visit to the area. The location is perfect distance from the town, quiet and private but close enough to quickly drive to have dinner or get supplies. The views are stunning and a great starting location for the hike up to the church. We adored our relaxing stay.

Cottage Toladi was the best experience I've ever had! The view is breathtaking—rain, sun, and fog made the atmosphere even more magical. The peaceful surroundings and the sight of horses nearby made our walks even more enjoyable. The cottage itself was spacious, clean and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Mariami, who was incredibly friendly and always available for support. She truly made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

The view from the cottage was stunning. The location is excellent if you want to soak in the views and just rest and relax, or if you want to do activities like zip lining, hiking in the Gveleti waterfalls region and visiting the Gergetti Holy Trinity Church. The cottage was beautifully decorated with everything you need, including fire pit and BBQ facilities. The host was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend this stay!

Absolutely gorgeous property and incredible view. I think this place has the best view in kazbegi. The little interior details at this place makes this property different and cozy from the rest. The owner is absolutely amazing person. She is always a text away if you need anything anytime. She even sent us surprise birthday champagne and chocolate. We loved our stay at this place.

Maybe, in the restroom, if there’s a curtain or door to avoid water spill while taking shower, that would be perfect. Currently there is the glass wall, but it’s little bit too short. Anyway, this is very very little problem compare to the rest this hotel provided us 😊

First of all, owner here was super friendly, always updated us everything and asked if we need any help. Second, the view in front of the room was breathtaking and the area was quite private. We could stay in calm enjoying the view all day.

We had an amazing experience at this place - it's definitely one of the best we've ever been to! We felt like our home, everything was clean, the interior of the cottage was wonderful I love each single details. If you want a place to have a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, you should book this cottage. Host helped a lot planning activities, they made our stay comfortable. When I come back to Georgia I will book this cottage again.

Our stay at the mountain cottage in Gergeti was truly exceptional, surpassing all our previous experiences in Kazbegi. Everything about it was simply perfect! The cottage itself and all its furnishings were brand new, impeccably clean, and every tiny detail was carefully thought out. You could feel the care and attention the hosts put into every corner of the cottage, making it incredibly cozy and comfortable. The panoramic views from the windows were breathtaking, allowing us to admire the landscapes without even stepping outside. Inside, it was warm and there were no interruptions with hot water (a common issue in winter mountain stays due to low temperatures). Situated at the very top of Gergeti, away from the village center with its shops and cafes, it's advisable to stock up on groceries beforehand. However, if needed, there are a couple of tiny shops in Gergeti with the essentials. Thanks to its location, the cottage offers magnificent views, and it's conveniently positioned for a stroll to the Trinity Church. During the low season in winter, with fewer cars on the road, it's even possible to ascend the mountain road instead of a hiking trail, offering incredible views along the entire route! We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to return to this cottage again:)

Loved the attention to detail showed by the host which was present in so many cute ornaments offering the cabin a very cozy vibe. Host was very helpful and was answering lightning fast. Location was great, you can see the trinity church from the porch.

Very cozy, awesome scandinavian interior and view to the mountains, there is a fireplace and it's very quiet and peaceful place, great restaurant just across the road. A nice place to visit in any season 👍
