This was the best stay we ever had! The locals were so Nice! And the nature surroundings beat every other Europe country! The food was really good and they have a local supermarket! Try the local wine and chacha! Enjoy!

The rooms are simple but neat, with very comfortable mattresses. Even in the summer heat, the room stays cool despite the lack of air conditioning. The staff are friendly and welcoming. At the hostel, you can grab a snack, buy groceries, clothes, or souvenirs. After check-in, we were treated to locally brewed beer.

the room seems to have been created out of splitting a bigger room in 3. the walls are really thin, no window. Not really a problem, just good to know.

What an amazing stay in Omalo! The owner was extraordinarily caring and welcoming, she provided us with a lot of useful information about the area, shared some interesting stories and we even went on a short trip to Shenako together. Also, the breakfast was very fresh and nutritious. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is visiting Tusheti.

We had a great stay at Tishe. Eteri - the owner - was very helpful with all our needs. She helped us to organize full day horse riding tour and shared many insights on Tusheti. We also ordered delicious breakfast and dinner. If you are looking for genuine Georgian hospitality, Tishe is the right place to stay!

Awesome location to start trekking around Tusheti. Amazing staff who helped me to find the best routes to walk as well as being super welcoming, available and friendly. Learned a lot about local life. Beds are super comfy after travelling and being also the village shop I could have everything I need. Food was also delicious. I fully recommend this place.

The room was super simple, without windows etc. but that's ok given the price. You spend most time outside anyways (there's a nice seating area).

It's a budget option but it has everything you might need in the mountains. The host is helpful as well and they have good food and run a small shop. The view from the balcony of the place and the sitting area is very nice.

You could hear the neighbors in the room next to us. But they went quite really fast. So they didn’t really bother us.

The location was nice, and we had a nice view. They had really nice and cold beer, and some snacks. They provided us with a big breakfast, a great start of our day.

We stayed for two nights with breakfast and dinner. The host is a very friendly woman! The location is perfect, and the rooms and facilities are clean and tidy Food was always delicious. If you have dietary restrictions, I'd recommend that you tell this in advance. Loved our stay here 😌

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The rooms are basic and clean, with comfortable beds and more than enough blankets to keep us warm. The room had USB type A sockets for charging devices and a thoughtful little shelf to place the devices on near the socket. We ate dinner and breakfast here, the food was plentiful and delicious with a good variety too. There's an incredibly well stocked shop here with everything from snacks, drinks, (including alcohol), locally made art and souvenirs, to occasionally freshly made baked goods such as local biscuits. The staff here were incredibly friendly, between them it was possible to communicate in fluent English, Russian or Georgian. There's also a contact here for a traditional felt making class ran Friday to Sunday by a local internationally renowned artist. Great value, highly recommended.

Tishe is a great base to explore Omalo and the surrounding area, with everything you need including hot water, shop, cafe etc The staff were only too happy to help and the owner helped arrange transport, cooked meals, always had a smile on her face! This has been one of our favourite experiences in Georgia and I hope we’re able to visit again some day
