Wonderful family-run guesthouse. They helped me get to Tusheti — they even gave me a ride to Alvani. The rooms are quiet, clean, and spacious, the garden is beautiful, and you can walk to everywhere in Telavi easily. Above all, it’s run by very kind people. Highly recommended if you’re coming to Telavi.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. If we had to mention something, it would be that the Wi-Fi signal could be a bit stronger in some areas—but it didn’t impact our stay.

The property was clean, cozy, and had a peaceful atmosphere. Although there is no breakfast, Tina made sure they provided some home baked bread to our son.. We also loved the balcony where we could relax in the morning and the beautiful garden. It was a perfect base for exploring Telavi and the Kakheti region.

We had had a wonderful stay at Tiniko's Guest House. The host couple are the sweetest persons you'll ever meet. If going to Telavi I can not urge you enough to book a stay here - you will not regret it.

Uncle and aunty were very cooperative and reachable whenever we needed them. They even gave us sumptuous breakfast and served us a delicious khateti dinner on our special request with homemade wine. I would highly recommend for family stay. Very loving couple

Fantastic guest house. Private parking, clean and beautiful rooms, great location. The owners are incredibly kind and hospitable. Upon arrival, they offered us homemade wine and vodka. In the morning, we were served excellent homemade pastries. In short – highly recommended!

We had such a fantastic stay here. The guesthouse itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, with balconies both in our room and a larger one to eat the breakfasts kindly provided to us. Tiniko and Dariel don't speak much English but it was easy to communicate on a translation app. Dariel took us himself to visit some wineries. It was fun hanging out with him. It felt like staying with your favourite aunt and uncle.

The hosts were very kind and caring. we feel welcomed. The room was cozy and clean. Bathroom and shower was also nice. There was a balcony area that we can rest. Aside of that, the host's hospitality will be the reason that we would come back.

I had an amazing experience staying in Telavi. The location was perfect – close to vineyards, historical sites, and beautiful views of the Caucasus Mountains. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Kakheti region!

One of the best guesthouse we had in Georgia. It was very comfortable. Our hosts were very welcoming, offered us a nice bottle of local wine when we arrived and a delicious breakfast with glasses of chacha. We had an amazing stay there.

Everything was great.

Very cosy and comfortable guesthouse. The owners are incredibly friendly and lovely people. They don't speak english, but with the help of a translation app we were able to communicate enough, and they always made themselves available for anything we might need.

What a wonderful time we had at Tinikos Guest House (International). Tiniko and Tariel are the best hosts in all of Georgia! We took two tours with Tariel, and we had the best time. He also gave us good recommendations for Telavi. Tiniko was too sweet, she made us breakfast every morning and made our stay unforgettable. The room was spacious, clean and in the middle of the center, though we didn’t hear anything at night. We will definitely come here again and recommend it to all of our friends, thank you!

Very comfortable room with plenty of space- a place to sit as well. Ensuite bathroom. Very quiet at night. Hosts extremely welcoming and hospitable. An excellent tour was arranged by the host too.
