The hotel is a bit tricky to locate physically, the bed structure was damaged as in planks holding the matress were broken

Shower was alright, pressure was so so and it's next to the toilet. The pool wasn't to my liking but I have unreasonably high standards for pools. If I'm being honest, it seems as if it's more a pool aimed toward children which is fine. The hotel itself is above a restaurant which plays music until late at night. I enjoyed it but if you have an early morning or a late night call, you might not appreciate it

I enjoyed my stay here. It's in a suburb of Batumi so a little further away from the city but a quick bus ride gets you there for cheap. The hotel itself is pleasant, the rooms are a little on the older side but with plenty of natural lighing. The staff is very friendly and helpful plus I really enjoyed the breakfast. As opposed to a buffet style, it's made on the spot and is quite filling. Wifi was good

Quite noise at night. The location is a bid hidden behind an ugly old hotel complex. Pool under construction (June 25). Breakfast is edible at best.

The hotel is currently (June 25) under renovation, so most of the outside was not useable. Very comfortable beds and to the back quite quiet.

the hotel staff didn't provide a transfer that was included in my price..breakfast was very poor, coffee was disgusting (I suppose it was the cheapest possible) ...the pool was dirty and water was too cold ....the location is rather like "ghetto" with lots of stray dogs and fringe people..be careful ...however the room was good and clean as expected but it was the only benefit for the money I paid for this accommodation...

Wonderful Experience! I was a bit nervous at first because of mixed booking feedback, but once I arrived, all my worries disappeared. The surroundings were beautiful, with a lovely ambiance and plenty of great spots for photos. Definitely worth the money! A special shoutout to the young woman at the restaurant—she spoke fluent English and was incredibly helpful throughout. Her kindness made the visit even more enjoyable.

Terrible experience for one night stay No wifi, AC was not working, no hot water in shower and completely no electricity from middle of f night till morning. In the room no coffee or tea, not even one chair or a night stand, and a very basic bed. Bin only in the wc.

The whole room was breaking down. The rinsing of the toilet didn't work, we had to rinse it with shower head. Shower head broke and we had to shower with the pipe only. The socket near the bed stopped working. The AC leaked when turned on. In short , the room was collapsing 😂😂

There is a guy in the staff named Koka, who is very attentive towards the guests, takes care of their needs, very hospitable and friendly.

It was a nightmare trying to locate this property. Nobody was at Reception throughout our stay. Breakfast was very basic (awful). Room was shabby, dirty and not cleaned. Very old shower and bathroom. We reduced our stay as the hotel was so disappointing. Booking.com should review this property in person. Absolute nightmare trying to get clean sheets, as our room was evidently not changed before we arrived. Staff don’t speak English (the common neutral language) so any discussion with staff has to be done by Google translate on our phone.

Unfortunately we received a very dirty room with a weird smell. TV didn't work properly. There were holes in the wall on the balcony. We wanted to stay there for eight nights, but escaped after the first. The beach in that part of the city was super dirty, too.

The location was perfect, close to key attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the small details, like the fast Wi-Fi, fresh breakfast options, and the overall cleanliness throughout the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
