Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A bit too much noise from the street but i guess thats the tradeoff from living in such a central place of Tbilisi:)
Great location and a nice big room. Friendly host and great facilities. Close to the Metro station of Freedom Square

We arrvived late at night but that was no problem. The host is very friendly and helpfull. There was tea in the room, a fridge and a washing machine in the bathroom. Location is super!!!!! We asked to stay longer as we enjoyed our stay so much.

I'm really like this place, the room is big, confortable bed. Excellent location near the center, a lot of cute place with coffee and restaurants here. And very nice host. I can definitely recommend this place

I think that it is very good value for money. The host was very kind and attentive - sending messages to check everything was ok and had fresh towels etc and everything I needed. This attention to detail and care is appreciated. I would not hesitate to return. Also, it is in Sololaki - so the trendy bars/cafes are literally on the doorstep.

The shared bathroom, although it was always clean, it remained with a not so pleasant smell, I imagine it is because of the type of structure that is very old.
The host always help me in everything, even though he doesn't speak English very well.

This guest house was exceptional in every way. Shota is a generous, cheerful host. The guest house is in Sololaki, an interesting, architectural gem of an inner city neighbourhood that gives easy, close access to Tbilisi. There was plenty of hot water for showers, a very comfortable bed, and extra treats like a welcoming bottle of wine and sweets. Staying here made my 9 night Tbilisi stay perfect. All these aspects made Siemen's such good value for money

Bathroom could be cleaner, but it wasn't a huge issue:)
I could recommend this place if you seek for inexpensive option close to the city centre! Host was really helpful and friendly, room was nice and the place is perfect for city exploration :)

Everything was fine. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location could not be better, as the guest house is centered in one of Tbilisi’s best neighborhoods - Sololaki. Shota was a very charismatic host, who helped wherever he could. Thanks for the hospitality!

The rooms are right on the street, so when the windows are open there is a lot of noise. When they are closed there is much less noise, but the room feels strangeled, like there is a lack in air..
The room and toilet are clean and have all needed facilities. The host was very nice, And agreed to keep my baggage for another day when I traveled neer Tbilisi. It's located very close to the main attractions.

It can get a little bit noisy during the evening, since there is a bar downstairs.
