The only negative thing i found is that the mattresses need to be renewed, they were kind of unconfortable

As mentioned, the mattress was (for me) very uncomfortable. Therefore I changed the hotel. However, the owner told me that other guests did not complain about it. I give this hotel a 10 star rating for their professional customer management.

The breakfast is definitely too late - they allowed me to arrive earlier, but the breakfast lady was not happy about it (which I understand) and there were not yet much.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff, especially the lady on the reception was just an angel. Super comfortable, super clean, close to the main road. Everything just fantastic, I loved my stay and felt truly home.

The hospitality! Margarita is the sweetest! ❤️ My stay at Sani Hotel was a peaceful retreat within the city. The location is convenient for exploring Tbilisi and the staff were kind and welcoming. It is near Lolita, Stamba, Wine factory and Rustaveli Ave. The pool area was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing after your breakfast or a day of walking.

Everything was great.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, available day and night. Just a 10-minute walk to Rustaveli Metro Station and close to Freedom Square Quiet street, yet central enough to explore nearby cafes, shops, and attractions. Front desk people were welcoming, warm, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived.

The breakfast was very limited, generally dairy and meat products, not vegan or vegetarian friendly. The pool was also not extremely clean, but we stayed a little early in the summer, so I assume they didn't clean it regularly due to the low-peak season.

Really nice secret spot in the heart of Tbilisi surrounded by greenery. As the host told us, it was initially an old embassy that he inherited from his father. Awesome communication and very nice staff. Allowed us to check out late to enjoy the daytime at the pool.

The location is not so convenient. Its a long uphill walk from Rustaveli. In the summer heat thats unpleasant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The twin room with balcony was big, comfy and luxurious. Pool area was very peaceful and nice.

We were unlucky to arrive in more chilly weather so the water in the swimming pool was cold despite saying it's heated water. We couldn't use the pool for this reason but it was ok since everything else was amazing

First night was OK. Second night a strong green light shone through our curtain. Also the hotel night staff were talking loudly long into the night, despite the hotel stated "quiet after 23:00"

For me, the bed wasn't super comfy, and also, the sewage system is old, I think, as it does smell a bit.

Great place and for me the location is good! Surrounded by supermarkets. Breakfast is lovely, just keep in mind it starts a bit later at 08.30! Room itself is fine! Staff is friendly and the pool is amazing!!
