1. The wine selection in the restaurant was rather limited. 2. The room was not refreshed during the stay — neither additional bathroom amenities nor cleaning services were provided. 3. The facilities are spread across separate buildings (restaurant, spa, reception), which is quite inconvenient, especially in rainy weather. 4. The placement of the air conditioning unit caused the cool airflow to be directed directly over the bed, which made it less comfortable during use.

The breakfast at the hotel and the meals in the restaurant were excellent.

Everything about this place is charming and relaxing. The design is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and it’s perfect for a getaway. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for a tasteful stay.

A very modest breakfast — on the second day it disappeared altogether. They brought a menu in Georgian, and we couldn’t manage to order anything edible. The girl didn’t speak English. Terrible coffee. Lawn mowing early in the morning — no idea why. A cleaner barging into your room without warning! The service leaves much to be desired. There was no dental kit – I had to go to the nearest shop.

A very picturesque place, a large swimming pool, delicious Georgian cuisine (although you have to wait 2 hours for khinkali — so why is it on the menu?), there's a table tennis setup, a couple of hammocks, and padel tennis. The young waiters are very friendly!

We stayed as a group and had a great experience. The hotel is new, very clean, with a lovely ambiance. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner there and the food was excellent. Highly recommended!

the hotel is not yet ready for comfortable staying - our windows overlooked boxes with conditioners that are planned for installation, which also did not provide the expected level of privacy, because workers were constantly walking past the windows. In general we were surprised why staff. gave us this room, considering that we were with a baby, although the hotel was half empty and they could have found a more private room with a more nice view from the window. The towels were constantly wet, no one changed them for 3 days and there was nowhere to dry them, there was not even a place to dry swimsuits and trunks. Also no one threw out our trash can either and we did it ourselves. The children's playground was in the process of being renovated, we were disappointed because we were with a small child and considered on a playground that looked functioning in the photo. Therefore, our expectations did not match reality.

Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The shower was excellent, and we especially want to highlight the warm, attentive, and genuinely kind staff—they made our stay feel extra special. The restaurant was a highlight—we ended up having all our meals there because the food was so fresh and delicious.

The property is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Although it’s still quite new and a few things like outdoor balcony furniture are yet to be added, everything is well equipped and already offers a very comfortable and stylish experience.

Altough the rooms were clean, we had cockroaches in two out of three rooms and mosquito issues - mosquito nets would be an idea for improvement. Even though the bathrooms are very new, the installation work was not done professionally. A toilet fell out of the wall during use, as did the entire bathroom fixture in a second bathroom of the three rooms we booked. In the bathroom, we only had hot water – even for flushing the toilet. The cold water didn't seem to be connected professionally. The check-in experience was rather careless. English could be improved. One of our guests was accidentally charged triple the amount on his credit card. When we pointed out the error, a refund was processed, but a simple "sorry" would have been polite.

Very nice pool, great territory and kids playground. Peaceful and green location, easy to reach.

The room was extremely hot when we arrived, and it would have made a big difference if the AC had been turned on a bit before check-in. Despite not opening any windows, which also were missing insect nets, the room had spider webs, flies, and mosquitoes when we entered. Only one set of toiletries was provided for two people, and no toothpaste or toothbrush. Tea and coffee were available, at the room but there were no spoons. The TV kept cutting out and we couldn’t really watch anything. Pool water was not clean, with lots of dead insects, and the pool bottom could have used some cleaning. Breakfast, although tasty, had limited options and some dishes were missing serving utensils. Prices at the restaurant felt quite high for what was offered.

The design of the hotel is beautiful, modern, clean lines, and very visually pleasing. The property itself is well maintained and spacious, with plenty of room for activities and relaxing. The views from the restaurant are stunning, and the overall atmosphere has a lot of potential to be something special. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated.
