Breakfast menu is quite poor. The restaurant operates full day, but prices are ridiculously high, many menu items are not available. It's better to bring meals with you, or go somewhere to eat. Staff could be more polite and quick. Elevator makes terrible noise as if broken. In general, not enough for 4 stars, 3 at maximum.

The location is wonderful, close to the capital (30-40 minutes from the center). The forest around is beautiful, very few neighbours, silence, fresh air, magic sound of a small river nearby. A good place to get rid of the city noise and heat. Many people come with families, there is a playground for kids. Free parking around the hotel.

Their was no wifi. The breakfast was basic. The showers in the room and in the pool where not maintained.

ოთახებში ხმაური გადით ერთმანეთთან, თხელი კედლებია. დიდი ზომის შხაპი გაფუჭებული იყო, წყალი კარგად არ მოდიოდა. საუზმეზე დიდი არჩევანი არ იყო, ბევრად ნაკლებფასიან სასტუმროში უკეთესი საუზმე ყოფილა და ზოგადად როგორც აღვნიშნე, მთლიანობაში დადებითად ვაფასებ, მაგრამ ფასთან მიმართებით ბევრად უკეთესიც შეიძლებოდა.

Beds....too hard. Bathrooms....too tiny , after a shower the closet, basin area are totally wet.

It's located close to Sabaduri Forest ...which was on our wish list . We stayed on the new year's eve. There was a gala dinner and live music arranged to celebrate the occasion....participation compulsory. The event was fun....we got a peek into lively Georgian celebrations. The rooms were small....bathrooms smaller. The bed was hard....not at all comfortable. The morning breakfast was a let down.. We were still ok because staff was well behaved and caring and next day we visited the magical Sabaduri forest.

The pool water is very cold, unfortunately the sauna does not work. In the room, the shower is not closed and it is uncomfortable, it would be great if you add a shower cabin.

It is a very good hotel, pleasant environment, exceptional place to relax. The food exceeded my expectations.

ძალიან კარგი და მეგობრული გარემო, კომფორტული ნომრები, გემრიელი კერძები რესტორანში, ულამაზესი ხედები. სასტუმროს გვერდით მდებარეობს მდინარე რომელიც უფრო სასიამოვნოს ხდის დასვენებას. სასტუმროში მდებარეობს სპორტული დარბაზი, რომელიც აღჭურვილია სრული ინვენტარით. თუ ეძებთ მშვიდ და წყნარ გარემოს დასასვენებლად თბილისთან ახლოს საუკეთესოა.

The hotel was very noisy. When guests spoke on their balconies, it felt like they were inside our room. We booked this stay hoping to get some rest from our noisy home life with triplets, but unfortunately, it wasn’t a relaxing environment. The restaurant closed much earlier than expected, and since there are no dining options nearby—not even a small shop—it would have been helpful if they offered room service or stayed open at least until midnight. While the hotel appears new, it clearly needs renovation. The rooms were quite basic given the price, especially when compared to what other hotels offer in the same price range. We checked in and left just a few minutes later due to the noise and lack of dining options—we were hungry and disappointed.
