Amazing location and surroundings (3 minutes WALKING from the national park, awesome). We enjoyed staying in the cozy hut and the beautiful swimming pools. The Hotel was also very well maintained and clean.

my stay at the hotel was good. the hotel staff is friendly. very good location near the mountains, amazing view from their restaurant and hotel itself, amazing swimming pool. we stayed in the best room of this hotel, however please note that i was struggle with the room’s main door lock.

The only downsides were the uncomfortable mattress on the double bed in the cottage and the somewhat repetitive breakfast selection. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel offers a large, beautifully maintained area with two spacious swimming pools and breathtaking mountain views. There are 22 cottages as well as rooms in the main building. The breakfast is hearty and satisfying, and the entrance to Lagodekhi National Park is just a short walk away, which makes it a great base for nature lovers. We stayed in a One-Bedroom House — compact but very cozy, with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows, which made the stay comfortable even in warmer weather. There’s also a restaurant on site, offering good food at slightly above average prices.

Greay location, good facility, beautiful garden and pool, i would have rated the hotel 9 if not for the cold-faced, totally unfriendly receptionist. She never greeted gustes and bery reluctantly replied when guests tool the initiatove to greet her. She was either absent from the reception desk or would eat snacks, sunflower seeds or play with her phone. She was the worst receptionist I ever encountered. I do not wonder why the boss would keep such a bad receptionist to work for such a great hotel.

We struggled with the lock in our chalet apparently you need to lift the handle really high to make it work. The mattress was a bit rundown. The breakfast was a disappointment they need to improve the quality and presentation of dishes for breakfast

The hotel/private cabin itself were great. But we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was not good at all. We are an American/Georgian couple and we’re not impressed. Having ordered Lobiani, Mushrooms on the ketsi, Cucumber/Tomato salad, French Fries, BBQ pork and Khinkali, the only things we liked were the lobiani and mushrooms. Because of the dinner, neither of us choose to have the breakfast that was included in our stay.

The property itself is in a great location, right at the entrance of the National park. We booked a private cabin and it was great for privacy and a short getaway. Would be a great destination in warm weather with their large pool and outdoor areas.

We arrived late, and that’s the only reason we stayed. We had booked an A-frame cabin, but on the way it already became clear that a cozy romantic evening wouldn’t be possible: loud music was playing, and there were lots of people everywhere. Our cabin turned out to be the closest one to the building where the wedding was taking place. I asked how long it would last, and was told—uncertainly—that it would go until midnight. I asked to be relocated, and was offered a room in the main building. It was on the top floor, unbearably stuffy, with tiny windows, a broken sink, a broken shower door, and poor water pressure.

There were a LOT of people at this property using the pool facilities only. This meant that as actual guests we had to wear a paper wristband which is ridiculous. This is supposed to be a nice hotel not a water park. As a result there were never towels available for you to actually use the pool and you could never get away from screaming children. Staff were also not very attentive. We ordered 3 drinks - the bartender made 2, then took another order and made their drinks, then did some dishes, then made our third drink all while we were just standing there waiting. Overall I’m disappointed.

The pool and room itself were great. Views amazing. Great breakfast too.

Room itself was adequate but bare and boring. En-suite small and old - smelt badly of drains with stained tiling. Service in restaurant appalling - food ordered at 7pm final dish arrives at 9pm when we had given up and were leaving. Food very disappointing and not as described. Waiter could not follow instructions. Of the two pools one was shut along with the pool bar which should have served both. During our stay we appeared to be the only guests that were not part of an enormous school trip - these could not be controlled and were running around and making lots of noise until 2am - shouting, running, jumping up and down on the floor above us etc. Couldn't sleep through that!!

The setting was beautiful as were the views. The hotel itself was modern in style and had lovely gardens. The room was big as was the restaurant.

This property is located right at the entrance of Lagodekhi National Reserve, the purpose of our visit was hiking so the was super convenient. The cottages are super cute, cozy and clean. The property garden is so beautifully taken care of by the owners of the property.

The waiters in the restaurant were joungsters and not very professional. Also they very frequently changed the played music titles before they ended and also varied the volume up and down a lot - a little bit like as if would be their own music player and not meant for the guests. This was annoying. And we would have expected a little bigger selection at the breakfast buffet.

The room and the park behind the house are very nice.

Beautiful place right next to the park entrance. Big garden with lots of sitting opportunities. Very friendly owners, they even paid us the taxi to the bus station.

The breakfast was boring, repetitive, way too simple, there was only instant coffee available; Beds are way too uncomfortable and make a lot of noise even with a slightest movement; I can not assess the small huts in this hotel, I lived in the main building where the reception is located and it was terrible even though I stayed only for two days. What was horrible was the bathroom. The bathroom stank from every pipe! The water was running from the shower and when I addressed the issue to the personel they knew about it. They claimed that the previous guests destroyed the bathroom. But I doubt that stinking pipes have to do anything with guests. My friends who stayed in the same building had the same problem. It is a disgrace to offer such baths to the guests.

The personnel is nice and the location is great. But every hotel in the closeby area has a great location, so do not be fooled
