Nothing not too like 10/10

The hotel location is amazing. The building itself, along with pool and terrace is really cool. We were able to enjoy sun downers on the outdoor terrace, wrap up in the lovely fleece blankets given to us all to keep warm, and watch the sun go down over the Kazbegi mountains 🏔️- wow 🤩

The service is horrible in the restaurant. The servers ignore you. I had to get up from my table to ask for my bill.

It was our fourth stay in three years. Unfortunately the pool experience was by far not what it used to be: Super dirty water (you couldnt clearly see under water, slime, plastic bags and tooth picks in the water). No towel available- even after re-asking, one sauna and hot pot out of work. Not worth the (usual) high price. People, do something! Out of three rooms only one had bath robes. Restaurant staff seemed overehelmed. We felt that we had to beg to receive at least a menue, not mentioning all our attemps just to order something.

Exceptional friendly and kind reception staff. Food was as usual very delicious. Breakfast amazing. And of course: The view and the style.

It was a little cold in our room, although the a/c was turned on for the maximum temperature.

Great views, amazing terrace and lobby, the breakfast has a large selection, the staff was friendly and helpful, also the atmosphere in the hotel is very cosy and special.

only downside is the hotel isn’t adults only, it’s a very tranquil setting and is so relaxing being here but it would be much better adults only or a minimum age for the pool facilities

The Rooms Hotel in Kazbegi is an essential, breathtaking part of the Kazbegi experience itself. From the moment you arrive, you understand why this is one of the most iconic destinations in all of Georgia. The first thing that strikes you is the view. The panoramic wall of windows in the common areas frames the mighty Gergeti Trinity Church and the towering peak of Mount Kazbek so perfectly it feels like a living painting. No matter the weather - whether the peaks are shrouded in mist or blazing in the sun - the drama and beauty are absolutely spellbinding. You will find yourself just stopping to stare, again and again. The room we stayed in continued this theme of rustic elegance. The design is a masterclass in cozy minimalism: warm wood, soft leather, a supremely comfortable bed with high-quality linens, and a balcony that offered our own private slice of that legendary view. Waking up to that sight with a morning coffee is a memory we will cherish forever. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is unparalleled. It feels both incredibly social and peacefully quiet. The main hall, with its towering ceilings, comfortable seating, and roaring fireplaces, is the perfect place to relax with a book or a glass of Georgian wine. The breakfast buffet is generous and delicious, with a great mix of local and international options.

One must go to Rooms Hotel Kazbegi in Stepansminda as the hotel is a sight itself! Don't miss it.

Can’t fault very much, the only criticism is that service can be a bit slow in the restaurant. The terrace could also probably do with some more outdoor heating as it can get chilly in the evenings.

This hotel was the perfect hotel for our stay in Kazbegi, the views alone are spectacular and worth the visit. We booked a Mountain View room which we really enjoyed from our balcony. The outdoor terrace is beautiful and a nice place to chill/eat/drink. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff are really helpful and friendly.

I found the restaurant menu rather boring and tasteless. Even the section of Georgian dishes turned out to be not very good

We stayed at the room with Mountain View, it was the best idea. Amazing view every part of a day! The room was clean and comfortable, i also liked SPA zone with the same peaceful view. The staff is professional and friendly. I'd like to separately mention the breakfasts, very varied and delicious.

It was a very long planned stay here and totally worth it. I think it’s a bit overpriced but the views from the room and overall experience was worth it. Amazing breakfast with wide choice.

The showers are really hard to adjust.
