When it is not a peak season, the breakfast facility has enough space for all guests. Otherwise, it can be a bit hard to find a place to sit (e.g. before 31 Aug it was overcrowded, but on 1 Sep there was plenty of room for everyone).

No complaints, just one detail - I think I was overcharged for the breakfast for two kids. The first day, i paid 122.72 lari, and then I was charged again on the next one with 61.36

Great location, great beds, superb breakfast, and the rooftop pool is a real piece of cake, which has absolutely staning views of Batumi. We really enjoyed our stay. P.S. The cake as a gift for my husband's birthday was very kind of you.Thank you so much.

Overall, it was a great experience, but a few minor discomforts are worth mentioning: 1. Several pool loungers were occupied by hotel towels for 4–5 hours without actual use, and the receptionist did not assist in resolving the issue. It would be helpful to review the policy on reserving loungers, as all guests pay for access to the pool and should be able to use the facilities fairly. 2. Some of the electrical outlets in room didn’t work properly. 3. The in-room bar was expected to be a refrigerator, but it was just a cabinet with warm beverages and sweets.

Aesthetically a beautiful hotel with a great vibe and mostly excellent staff. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Old Batumi, with all main attractions easily reachable on foot. Highly recommended for a stay here.

Not the cheapest hotel in Batumi, but you get what you pay for. The hotel doesn't offer parking. We managed to find nearby street parking, but I imagine this would not be an easy task in the high season.

With its atrium and huge open spaces, the hotel has a unique vibe. Rooms are stylishly decorated and exceptionally large. Rooftop restaurant serves decent food with nice views. Breakfast is excellent, with lots of variety. Location is great.

This hotel has a really unique and beautiful lay-out, which made it a lovely experience. The staff and nice room made us feel right at home. The location is perfect too, very close to many great restaurants, the city centre and the beach. In addition to this you get access to the swimming pool on the rooftop terrace, which is incredible. It was so good, we ended up spending a whole day relaxing at the pool. The restaurant and breakfast are also really good!

It's Noisy and pricey.

This place is amazing. Matters not comfort or excellent services but atmosphere, vision of hotel industry, taste, vibes and location. Batumi Port and landscape of Ajara. Interior is all about Textures,Texture of furniture, food and even walks. Well done!
