The apartment was very clear, light, cosy and comfortable. The host always answered all my questions. Near the apartment there are several bus stops, shops and it is close to the centre of Tbilisi.

Nice apartment equipped with all the stuff needed - a kettle, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, etc. The room was clean, bed is quite comfy, host is very welcoming.

It was a little cold even when we turned on the radiator. The walls are thin because I heard the neighbors.

The apartment is great - clean, cozy, beautiful and everything is brand new. The instructions were perfect with photos and directions, and we found the place and keys quickly and effortlessly.

It isn't easy to navigate around and the outside enviroment isn't really pleasant - there is a busy city-highway and a construction site. The building also looks unfinished and has poor sound insulation. Good thing is that windows are on the other side than the road and neighbours are silent at night. However, all those issues are out of the owner's control, thus still 10/10.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy and has everything that a young couple of travellers wants. I loved all those little details - there are even single-use slippers and toothbrushes if you forget. The owner is very helpful and generous. I was cheeky enough to complain about a broken wine opener and the owner has given us a new one with a wine as a gift and we are still very grateful. Nice city view from a balcony. There is also TV with prepaid Netflix!

Came back just to sleep in this wonderful bed. A perfect sweet apartment. Really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen has everything we need, plus tea and coffee. Everything is super clean. Communication with the owner was fast and easy.

Everything was great, the only inconvenience we had was after we took a shower in the closed cabin, the bathroom floor was flooded and had no way to remove the water, the water escape was too far and we just dried it using the floor towel multiple times and it was a little tiring.

The room was very clean, the bed sheets were nice and perfectly clean, all the facilities worked. The room was aesthetically pleasing, everything was perfectly good looking. It had a little round table which created romantic atmosphere. We wanted a little kitchen so we could cook our own food, the kitchen had everything you might need, pans, utensils, even oil, salt etc. The bathroom was very convenient, clean, had all the necessary things. The bed was very comfortable and the overall mood of the room was really romantic and soft.

The apartment is very nice, tidy, cosy, and comfortable to stay at. It's got everything one may need. The host Vakhtang is very nice, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, one of the best stays I've recently had in Tbilisi.

Such a great apartment, very beautiful in every little detail, very, very clean, very comfortable, with relaxing atmosphere inside the house. The host was very responsive and problem solving if I had any questions. Fell in love with the place. I felt safe staying there alone. Would love to come back some day.

We are staying in this apartment (2 adults). We are really enjoying our stay here. It's relatively quiet at night; no problems sleeping. There are some basic cooking utensils and pots here. The bathroom is really nice. It was very clean, well equipped, and as one visitor described it - swanky. I'd definitely stay here again!

This classy flat was just as it appears in the photos. Very high spec, clean and spacious. Kitchen was really well equipped with little extras such as coffee and tee on arrival. Bathroom also had full size shampoo and shower gel supplied. The owner was very helpful and communicative throughout the booking process. It's easy to get in to central Tbilisi and on the last floor of the house was nice restaurant and bar. One of the nicest places we've stayed- would highly recommend!

Himm just a small thing. Instead of a shower curtain, I would have prefered a shower cubicle so that would let the water stay in the area without any splashes :)

I was on a diet so I was worried about my meals but the apartment has a kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils so I prepared my meals easily. It was super clean and the cleaning lady was so kind. The location was close enough to the main touristic area. I travelled alone and felt safe around the neighborhood.Overall the whole stay lived up to my expectations and made me want to come back to Tbilisi another time.
