If you want a really good breakfast and enjoy a swimming pool in central Mtscheta, come here!

Very difficult to find the hotel, although it's in the very centre. Because the hotel name and the name online do not coincide! Guidelines from the receptionist helped.

A swimming-pool at the hotel was great, especially in evening hours, when there where no other guests there. The location is perfect. The personnel was very helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was comfortable.

One special relaxing day at the riverside pool!

The chaise longue covers needed to be cleaned or refreshed. The room was small, but we weren't going to be using it that night. So we didn't focus on it. Overall, the hotel looked clean and smelt nice, but I thought it could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. And the music near the pool was loud. I guess most tourists like that, but we are not.

Location is perfect and the view is amazing. The hotel is riverside of Mtkvary in front of a beautiful chain of hills. We went there to spend a day surrounded by nature and to swim in the pool. The pool is positioned so that you can see and admire the surrounding nature. The pool was clean; I noticed that water was flowing from the source constantly. We had the place to ourselves and had an amazing day. Yeah, and the sunsets there are stunning!

Avoid at all costs — worst stay experience ever

This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The moment we arrived, warning signs started: the property wasn’t even under the name we booked — the building sign said River Front Mtskheta. We had to wait outside a closed gate, unable to reach the hotel by phone just to get in. Inside, the “lobby” was not welcoming — several unknown men were occupying the area, and there was nowhere to put our bags while we checked in. We had booked two ground-floor rooms — one for us and one for our friends — and both were in equally appalling condition. This was clearly not an isolated case. The floors were covered in dust and dirt, the bathrooms reeked of sewage, with worn tiles, a loose and flickering light, and toilets still dirty from previous guests. Fixtures were caked with limescale, and bed linens were stained. There were spider webs, hair in the corners, and spiders crawling on door frames. In our friends’ room, a spider literally hung down from the ceiling to greet us upon entry. Both rooms had balcony doors that wouldn’t lock, and these balconies could be accessed directly from the yard via an exterior staircase — making it a serious security risk. The final straw: when people checked into the rooms above us, the entire ground floor shook, making the place feel unsafe. We left immediately. The owner seemed surprised and offered to “quickly clean” the rooms — but no amount of cleaning could fix the fact that they were filthy, unsafe, and completely unfit for guests in the first place. Absolutely unacceptable. We left right away. No refund of the payment was ever made.

Good location. There’s a pool. It’s clean. This is a very basic hotel.

The room was huge, clean, and incredibly comfortable—especially the big bathroom, which was modern and spotless. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The most I liked was the view, the hotel has the best locatio with breathtaking view in the town.
