We really liked your hotel. We were looking for this kind of vacation in Kakheti. Large, new, clean rooms with high-quality toiletries. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, everything is snow-white and fresh. And what beautiful views of the lakes surrounded by mountains. This will remain in our memories for a long time. Fishing is a separate pleasure that we could afford in your hotel. Fishing rods and all equipment are ready for use. We caught 3 fish and released them. The pool area is not large but very cozy and comfortable. There are tennis tables. A restaurant with delicious food. We recommend it.

We did not lower the rating, but there were minuses for us. It was very difficult to find the location, but after talking to the manager, they helped us with the location. The dirt road and our car and low landing, it was very dangerous for the car body. But everything went well.Breakfasts disappointed us, from 10:00 it was late for us. The choice was also not big, but we did not leave hungry. Your hotel has great potential. I couldn't get Wi-Fi in the room, it's good that I had my own Internet If there is a good road to the place, we will definitely come back.

I’m giving this score based only on the hotel’s rooms, facilities, and the friendly staff - which are all excellent. The hotel’s general territory is beautiful and peaceful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool is a lovely feature (though be aware - there are quite a lot of bees, which can be uncomfortable if you're afraid of them like I am). That said, the overall guest experience could really be improved. The hotel is quite difficult to find - road signs are either missing or unclear, and there’s no proper guidance leading you to the entrance. Once on the property, the guest journey lacks attention to detail: better signage, more intuitive layouts, and thoughtful small touches would make a big difference. The weakest point was the restaurant. Every order took at least an hour to arrive, regardless of what we asked for, and unfortunately, the food didn’t justify the long wait. On top of that, there are so many bees around the restaurant and seating area that it's hard to sit down and relax. This place has so much potential - it’s truly a hidden gem in terms of location and vibe, but it needs a stronger focus on guest experience, both in practical aspects and small details, to live up to what it could be.

The restaurant was a major downside - every dish took at least an hour to arrive, and the food didn’t match the long wait. Also, the number of bees around the seating area made it almost impossible to relax. The hotel is also hard to find, with very poor road signage, and once you're on the property, the guest experience lacks clear guidance and attention to small but important details.

The pool and lounge area were just perfect. The chef of the restaurant prepared the best food we had all vacation. The cottage was comfortable and clean. Sitting by the lake at night was priceless.

When we arrived we had a little accident at the gate of the resort because the gate keeper made us stop the car half way through the gate. Then the gate closed and damaged our car. Taking care of this with the rental company, insurance company and police cost us half a vacation day. We think the gate keeper shouldn’t stop visitors, maybe only on the way out. Or get a gate with a sensor so it stops when the gate keeper makes this mistake again. Despite this happening, we still give 7 Lakes a 10/10.

Restaurant is not good at all. Breakfast was extremely poor, very few dishes for dinner and empty wine card .

I love this hotel very much, but the downside is the breakfast. Every time I book and go for breakfast, I hope it has improved, but it’s always the same. There’s literally nothing substantial offered. For this price, I would expect at least one portion of freshly made hot omelet. On the bright side, there aren’t many guests at breakfast, so it’s never crowded.

Landscape, food is amazing

Peaceful hotel with amazing views and great staff. The villas are clean and comfortable and we got a free upgrade! Would definitely stay here again.

Location is absolutely stunning! Its very peaceful and beautiful! Stuff is amazing, kitchen is one of the best's! Rooms are clean, well equipped and pool is nice! Everyone around were friendly, polite and helpful. Sunflower garden was so beautiful

**Review of 7 Lakes Hotel in Telavi** Our stay at **7 Lakes Hotel** in Telavi was overall **very pleasant and relaxing**. The **ambience, architecture, and surrounding nature** are absolutely **stunning**—peaceful, green, and incredibly calming. If you visit in **July**, you’ll be greeted by **endless blooming sunflower fields**, which make the scenery even more magical. The **rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped** with all necessary appliances. We especially loved the **high-quality towels and bathrobes**, which added a touch of luxury. The **pool was clean and inviting**, perfect for a refreshing dip. However, there were a few downsides. The biggest issue was the **lack of hosting**—there was **no one available to provide information** about the hotel’s additional services or local attractions. We **wanted to spend more money** on dining or extras, but there was **no opportunity** to do so, which was a missed experience. Another disappointment was the **breakfast timing (10 AM - 12 PM)**, which was **too late for early risers** like us. Despite these issues, the **affordable room rates** and the **serene, beautiful environment** made our stay enjoyable. If the hotel improves guest interaction and adjusts breakfast hours, it could be **perfect**.

As always, this hotel remains the best place to rest and escape the noise of the city. The peaceful atmosphere and comfortable rooms make it my go-to choice every time I need a break. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat.

This place is a great choice for a summer visit – especially during the hot months! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the whole environment is just beautiful. You can really feel that someone put a lot of thought and care into creating a relaxing and well-designed space. Everything feels intentional and welcoming. Everything was top, we really enjoyed our 3 day stay, a top facility in a beautiful area of Kakheti. I never used to write an evaluation where I stayed, however this was so good and such a nice place, with good food, and a wonderful swimming pool with an unbelievable view. A top place, and we will come back. So I really want to recommend this as a top destination in Kakheti. We stayed 3 days in July, good warm weather, quiet and relaxing, secure, comfortable room, with fresh and modern interior. Coming from Scandinavia we loved the room, white and bright, with furniture remaind us about Scandinavian design.

Nothing
