There’s always room to add more games in the yard for the kids, but that’s more of a luxury.

First of all, the host’s service mindset was outstanding — he thought of everything, from the smallest detail like preparing a list of attractions, restaurants, and services in the area to being available for any problem or request we had. We were two families, each in its own Cottage. The Cottages were fully equipped with everything a family needs. The yard was entirely ours and perfect for children’s games — we even lit a bonfire. And the view… the view from the cabin was absolutely breathtaking. Of course, the location was excellent, close to everything.

We had an amazing stay at Luka’s cottages! I rented two cottages for two days, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The cottages were spotless, cozy, and very well equipped, making us feel right at home. Luka was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. The location was peaceful and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was an amazing place, you find all you need The cottage was super clean, and you feel really home It has everything you need , it is really beyond my expectations. The nature surrounding the cottage is like a dream. The scenery was breathtaking. It is so beautiful, me and my family enjoyed a lot The location was great it was not far from the village . Only few minutes drive . Luca was an amazing and helpful person , One of the kindest person I have ever met. You feel like you know him long time ago , he is really a very good person you feel him as a family member with his mom .And he is an artist . 💕you need to meet Luca . We had such a wonderful stay at rest point cottage! The place was super cozy, super clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we felt at peace the whole time. Luka and his mother were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. 2nd floor space is a bit tight so you need to be careful going up on stairs to avoid hitting the sealing

A very clean and cozy cottage located in Kazbegi in the heart of beautiful Caucasian mountains with a breathtaking view and chill weather even in summer. Check-in was so convenient but make sure that you get the exact pin location from the owner to make sure that you arrive to the exact cottage. Would love to come back in future.

The location was a bit further from Stepantsminda than expected, making travel slightly inconvenient if you are travelling without the car. Additionally, considering the distance, the price felt slightly high.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hut was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding garden offered a peaceful, beautiful setting with stunning views. It truly provided a serene and comfortable

Our stay was fantastic. There were two houses with a large yard, the place was isolated and quiet with a good view! Our dog was so happy to play in the yard, we also spent some time playing football together. Everything inside is super cozy and extremely clean. All utilities are available and new: microwave, fridge, small grill for sandwiches, portable heater. You feel immediately that the hosts were thinking about the guests' needs (there was even a portable night light in our bedroom on the second floor to be able to go downstairs safely!!). And the greatest part is the host's hospitality. He was very helpful on each stage: helped to park the car, shared information about attractions and suggested restaurants, brought us a Bluetooth speaker and was always polite. When we asked how we can use the grill he said that he will prepare it for us and can even make us Georgian barbeque with any meat we will buy. I highly recommend this place. And don't forget it's pet-friendly!

There is no such thing!

This is the best property we have been via booking! not only because of the beautifull challets, that are brand new, sparkling cleen, very well equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and have a great vacation till the smallest details (like sllipers, soap and shampoo....), but because of the host, Luka, which is the BEST host ever! he helped us with everything! from carrying the lagguge, giving us tea to warm us, helping us to prepare a barbecue and so on. he did everything immidietly and with a smile on his face. he is very honest and attentive. Luka we wish you all the best and hopefully will come back to you again next time!

The host Luka was an angel, treating us like his family. His mum literally took us back to Kazbegi downtown to grab the bus back to Tbilisi and gave us homemade cake !! You just don't find such hosts anywhere in the world

Amazing place with a very beautiful view. The mountains around are so beautiful and peaceful that you can truly rest here, enjoying the calmness and beauty. At the same time, the house is not far from the main road, but it absolutely doesn't spoil the impression; you don't see it and almost don't hear it. There is a big area where you can play outdoor games or enjoy a dinner outside. The house is super clean and very well equipped. However, there were no shampoos or shower gels, so make sure you bring some with you. It would also be great to have a night lamp in the bedroom. The beds are super comfortable, and there are plenty of extra blankets, so you won't get cold. Everything is designed for people's comfort. The furniture is very comfortable, and there are many extra amenities for your convenience, like bean bag chairs and more. We even had a big Bluetooth speaker. The shops and markets are a 7-minute drive away. The host is super friendly and very helpful. They gave advice on where to go, where to buy different things, and even helped with the barbecue in the evening. The host was always in touch and ready to provide any assistance. It was a great stay and a wonderful weekend. I strongly recommend it!
