Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The house is cluttered with things and messy. Kitchen is filled with old utilities. Host was hard to reach on phone, took a long time to reply.
Over a large room, nice owner. Bus stations and stores right outside the house, very convenient.

Location is about 1.5km steep uphil from metro station Marjanishvili. Can use local bus 353 but bus run approx. every 30 min.
Spacious and very clean. Can use kitchen. Room no.5 has nice big window. Nearby is small bakery with always hot bread. Also nearby is 1 small grocery.

Great location. The host is very kind and very attentive to help whatever you need. Host has his own home made good quality wines. Also his wines price is cheaper than out side grocery store. I will definitely stay there in the future.

I had some issues with finding the place, so more detailed explanations would be nice.
This wonderful place absolutely exceeded my expectations! Very clean comfortable, very well equipped kitchen. Perfect mix of vintage and modern. I enjoyed staying here. Location was perfect for my needs. The room was spacious and cosy. I even had my own balcony!

it just needs some finishing up, will be a great hotel, and a private bathroom would be better of course but for the price everything was amazing and it would be a crime to complain, especially when the bathroom itself was 10/10 and had everything you could need

Love the space. Feels like home. The host is very accommodating and sweet. The home has all facilities, including kitchen, heated waters, heater, hair dryer, iron. The rooms are super cute and has a view of the mountains. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable. Worth the value.

The place is a beautiful inside, with large living room and large kitchen, but unfortunately it's like they have dumped all garbages from different homes to this house and to the kitchen, you are surrounded by empty bottles and barrels and many other rubbish. If they just clean the house from all these rubbish, it can be a beautiful house to stay

The bathroom on our floor was constantly occupied, so we had to use the one on the upper floor. It wasn't a big issue, but it sure was inconvenient. We met the owner just once when he collected payment, and contact with him was kind of difficult.
The price was adequate for the room we got. It was a fine place to stay for one night

I was disappointed that the bathroom was not attached to the room, even though the listing showed it was. While the washroom was clean, I would have preferred an attached bathroom.
The stay was good. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was conveniently close to the city.
