The cottage is very cozy, clean, and fully equipped. I loved the garden area, it’s a great spot to enjoy the mountain view. There’s also a parking space and a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix access. I really loved staying here, it felt so warm and comfortable

Beautiful place, amazing view directly to Mount Kazbek and Gergeti Trinity Church. There is a hammock in the garden. Even though we arrived early, we were able to check in. The cottage is private and quiet. I definitely recommend it.

The house was clean, it was warm, it has a small territory to spend time outside, there is wonderful view on the mountains, in the house there was everything you need for a good stay

An amazingly beautiful cottage with stunning views of Mount Kazbek and the Gergeti Trinity Church. It has everything you need, and parking is available right at the property. Many food shops and restaurants are just a five-minute walk away on the main street. The owner was incredibly welcoming. I love it and highly recommend it!

We got very amazing experience spending 3 nights in this cozy cabin. It was extremely clean and warm inside the house. And, of course, we were watching the best views of Kazbek and another Caucasus mountains. The owner was very hospitable and treated us to some homemade wine) Thank you. I highly recommend this accommodation for short- or longtime stay. 10 out of 10

Nothing special. Just a wish - it would be nice to have some cooking oil in the kitchen and some firewood and/or charcoal for mangal.

The cottage has a superb location on the high hill of Stepantsminda. It is located inside a private yard surrounded by a fence. There are no other buildings in the yard, and the neighboring houses are quite at a distance, so you can enjoy real privacy there. The views from the front window on Kazbegi is amazing, the same as the views on the opposite mountains from the kitchen and bedroom windows. In a five-minute walk, there are a few food stores on the main street. In the yard, you can find a swing and a сharcoal grill (mangal). The cottage has all the neccessary amenities and tableware, and the heating and water supply works fine. The staircase to the bedroom is very reliable. The hosts were cooperative and responsive to our requests. We are especially thankful to the hosts for the Christmas tree, a welcome bottle of Georgian wine, and a chocolate bar waiting for us in the cottage. We've really liked spending the New Year holidays in the cottage and enjoying the snowy landscape with real winter temperatures (-10C).

Idyllic cottage in Kazbegi for a very affordable price. Friendly owner, beautiful view, everything you need for a pleasant stay is in the cottage, car can be parked a few meters from the entrance. In short, great!

The place of to recharge yourself! Amazing and beautiful place! Our children have enjoyed very much ! There are swings, place for barbecue. In the house is everything , what you need to stay with family . The host is wonderful lady. Thank you very much !

We were amazing that there are no air conditioner in here at first. but when I was froze up in the morning, I think the ac is not necessary here😅😅😅 The switch of the water tap is broken.

The reception here can not speak English, And she sending Messenger to me by booking with georgian, which iit's a great difficulties in communication. But she always smile to us . And the fee must be paid with cash. The facilities are well equipped. But I am freezed before dawn. The cottage have a great view of the mountain and the church.
