We loved our room, it was very spacious and had an amazing view of the Caucasus mountains. We enjoyed using the swimming pool every day and the breakfast was delicious!

There was a distinct smell of sewage in the room at some periods. We also saw that some of the construction quality was lacking (leaky bidet, flickering light in the bathroom, no lighting for the wardrobes), but overall, these did not affect our stay too much. The ski rental place suggested by the receptionist was at the very far end of the town, and had a very limited selection of skis and snowboards. Eventually, we had to go to another place.

We were greeted with great enthusiasm and an honest desire to serve our needs. All hotel staff were helpful, whenever we approached them. The room was spacious, and had a sublime view over the valley of Gudauri. The restaurant was truly one of the best we've tried in the town. The breakfast was plentiful, and tasty, and the dinner menu was also prepared excellently, featuring the most common Georgian dishes. Having a sauna and spa is a great addition to the facilities!

You need a car, it’s not far from the lift but the restaurants, supermarkets, clubs/bar are far, I don’t recommend walking on the motorway.

The room is huge , modern, the view is amazing , very good hot shower, very good wifi , simple but nice breakfast, everything looks and taste fresh. Sauna and swimming pool free of charge. Small car parking but we had no problem during our staying in. Some people complained about noise but I had a very quiet room.

It was a bit cold in the room at night, so maybe a little more heating won't hurt. The hotel is a bit far from New Gudauri where all the restaurants are, but the chairlift is close, so there are not much to worry about

We loved everything: the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are comfortable, and there are a swimming pool and yoga room! Everything was great, and the view is spectacular.

Room needs renovation and some steep stairs for suite entrance. It makes it hard to bring suitcases. At night heating was off and a bit cold, ski resort not open and it soiled everything. Without ski place is so boring and noisy. Road full of tracks everyday

Hotel is nice but just a bit outdated. Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

the maintenance of the hotel lacks few things: door knobs fall of the door, wasn't hot water, people smoking on the premises of the hotel. I assume that because it was summer, than the hotel was on low maintenance, as their high season is the winter. However it wasn't something that reduced the fun we had there

the hotel was new, and looks great. the room were big with amazing view, and was amazing for a family of 5 people. 2 connected rooms. The restaurant was also amazing, and the sauna and pool was a bonus for us.

Few recommendations: - artificial smell diffusor should be removed from the rooms, it is overused - heat cannot be regulated in the rooms we had to sleep with open window because it was very very hot - my eyes and mouth were burning in the pool because of overuse of chloride and I could not stay there long

Great staff! The managerof the hotel was very nice to accept our request to move our reservation from FRI to SAT without extra charge. Very nice inerior design with Georgian Funduki furniture and decorations

The place has no elevator so you have to carry your stuff 😁But if you travel light, this is a perfect place for you.

Rooms were quite small compared to what we saw on booking.com, but the hotel staff ensured we were very comfortable.

Dreadful rooms and a rather unpleasant but still bearable bathroom. Horrible noise and vibration from the highway just a few meters away - all night long. >> Not a 4-star hotel! <<

No air conditioning and no iron no free water the place needs some restoration the guy on the cafe was little rude to us when we asked for our coffee after the breakfast because we left our table a little messy !!

The place was clean and quiet the location was perfect , the view absolutely amazing , but there no air conditioning what made the sleep at night not comfortable because the location of the hotel where exactly on the high road !!

Every day the same breakfast - I wanted a little variety. Expensive restaurant. Nearest store 30min away.

I was afraid it would be noisy, however the rooms that are in the concrete structure (where the restaurant and SPA are) are quiet. The pool was warm and there weren't many people because it's off season. The staff were very friendly. They cleaned every day in a magical way - as soon as we go out somewhere for 10 minutes, everything is cleaned when we return.
