Two-room apartment with a bit tired repair, but for a family with children it was still comfortable. The location is not close to the city center, but again still close to lively and dynamic streets. Also having a breakfast option at the hotel could make a huge difference.

The parking spaces are limited so you might not have an option to park.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and beautiful. Ac in every room which is not obvious in Tbilisi. Great shower and beds, big balcony.

This isn't something that has to do with the hotel itself, but rather guests. I could clearly see scratches and markings on the wall, and I'd just ask guests to respect the space and try to keep it as pristine as possible for others.

The staff, especially at reception, are very sweet and welcoming. I had a car and they helped me park in the basement which is a much-needed facility. I liked the room as well, it had a fully-equipped kitchen and utensils and the bed is super comfortable! The location is fantastic as well with easy access to art galleries, shopping districts and cool cafes and restaurants. These are all within a walking-distance, in case you aren't renting a vehicle or a private driver.

The property was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed, and the view from the room was beautiful. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even better.

I didn't like the location. It's a bit far from city center. Close to other things but not the center. I didn't like the neighborhood because it's dark and scary (I came with children) at night time.

I really liked the fact that every little thing is thought of. We stayed for 5 days and everything was excellent. Staff very helpful, facilities are great and the room was comfortable

It was a fantastic choice, 1 bedroom is fit for 4 and the service was excellent, nice staff, parking available, location is 5 mins from the Turkish street!

The property had great staff who were very polite and helpful, they catered to every request with a smile. The room was fantastic with a very comfortable bed and a modern look. The penthouse balcony was phenomenal and massive, perfect for sitting with the family and to moon gaze.

The location I good but not great. Quite a lot of abandoned buildings in the area, and about a 7 minute walk to the main street.

The room (penthouse) was incredibly very spacious and clean, even for a family of 5. The facilities were top! Coffee machine, washing machine, A/C - all great!! Staff was incredibly nice and helpful

The only problem we was the delay with providing the bed linen (we got it after 3 hours of official check in)

We had a great view from a terrace! Incredible city view especially at night. Furniture is pretty new, room was clean. Staff was hospitable and friendly, helped us to solve the problem with a taxi driver.

Nothing not to like :)

We like the cleanliness, everything is available (Iron, dryer, hair drier, kitchen supplies, AC, Warmer for winter, shattaf in toilet, elevator), even the trash plastic bags, the balcony also it is near by spar supermarket, and halal restaurants in 10 mins walk, we will consider staying in this hotel in our next visit. We truly like it and recommend it.

I didn't like that the electric generator was turned on at 3 a.m. It was extremely noisy and impossible to sleep. Our windows were facing the generator

A Fantastic Stay at Qstay Tbilisi! We had a wonderful one-night stay at Qstay in Tbilisi and were thoroughly impressed! The apartment was lovely, very clean, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony, which was a real bonus. The convenient parking made our arrival and departure completely stress-free. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we left feeling very satisfied. We highly recommend Qstay for anyone visiting Tbilisi

Everything, out of expectation, way better than individual host from Airbnb cause it is like a hotel residence. I’ve been visiting different hotel residence like Sheraton residence in other countries, I cannot tell the deference. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Only drawback is no breakfast, but you have a few places around and also the small kitchen inside.

Always stay at this hotel when I’m in Tbilisi with my family, their penthouse has the exceptional view, just unbeatable. Rest is great too, the service and cleanliness.
