Excellent place - probably one of the best we’ve booked in tbilisi and we did so many... confusingly very clean apartment, you won’t think that the apartment has been rented out before. The photos match the photos. Coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen was a really nice touch. Overall we were completely satisfied with our stay.

Great host. She checked with us before departure and during traveling and met us on arrival. She showed us around and there were many lovely and thoughtful touches to make our stay fantastic. She also gave us several VERY HELPFUL suggestions for local places and about the city at all. The apartment is very nicely decorated, it is really worth of its price. We would recommend it to family and friends. Also thumbs up for the location, it is perfect and everything is within walking distance!

We rented the apartment for a short stay in Tbilisi and it went perfectly. The place is stunning, you can find literally everything you might need for a 1-2 night stay. The host was a great person who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. From directions, to communication and even special requests everything was taken care of. Perfect stay !

An incredible week in Tbilisi. Apartment is very well located in the heart of the historic city in a beautiful, newly built building. Not to mention the view from the apartment and the majestic Tbilisi national opera and ballet theater which is located within 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment and is so historic and beautiful! Thanks to our host for his welcome, for always being available and for lovely touches.

Excellent location. Comfy beds. Great help to have a well working washer/dryer in the unit. We failed to reserve a parking spot for our car, but when the host saw we were traveling by car he helped us find a parking spot at the building by himself, overall great accommodation for what we paid and more, the apartment itself was spacious clean and comfy, the location just could not have been better.

Very warm place to spend a stay in Tbilisi. Located right in the center, all tours can be done on foot. The host is very responsive and understandable. No problem with communication. The apartment is very well equipped. I would be happy to meet again if I need to go back to Sakartvelo:) . I highly recommend it

Modern, cosy flat in the heart of Tbilisi, a short walking distance from Central Liberty square, National Museum, National Opera and ballet theater which is really amazing and loads of shops, Gallery mall, cafés, Famous Tbilisi nightclubs and restaurants. Very convenient

Fabulous apartment in the new building which I loved. The apartment itself is modern and well designed. Everything is new with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring a walk in shower complete with toiletries and decent towels! Also i want to mention the dish washing machine which is a great bonus, Big Comfortable bed, I slept so well. This place is very cozy and perfect for one or two people. The location was perfect, plenty of good bars and restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a short walk to the center, but in a quiet street. It was lovely, she met me upon arrival and showed me how everything worked and then left me alone! I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful with flexible check-in and checkout times and was also very helpful in storing our belongings, so we could enjoy our last day in Tbilisi without carrying luggage. They responded to messages very quickly and were attentive to each of our needs. The location of the house is quite nice. There's also a large, central park nearby for a morning walk.

Very nice, clean apartment. We liked it very much, the location is optimal and within walking distance of everything. The landlord provided us with a baby crib which was greatly appreciated by our 2 y/o:) Grocery stores and pharmacies were right on the site. Host was always available and very accommodating, I will be happy to check in there again in the near future!

Location excellent. Literally 30 steps from supermarket and 5 minutes from the old town. Super super helpful host who helped us to sort out a lot of unexpected issues. The unit is extremely well designed and clean. Extra bed and baby crib was offered by the host.
