How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

There was a not so pleasant smell in the hallway and the room was a little small for my kids and I.

The breakfast was mediocre. Not having an elevator was a bit letdown, but we didn't have that much baggage, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Not having a parking area was a big problem for us. The hotel was in a very crowded street, so we had to drive around a lot to finally find a parking spot.
The location was great. The room was good. AC was working good.

I think for the size of the room, the property was a bit overpriced.
Property was well located with a good breakfast. The facilities were very good.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the centre of Batumi, and an easy walk to all the attractions. It's clean, tidy, and excellent value. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Thank you Hotel Park.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Whenever we had a question or a small issue, they were quick to respond and provided a solution immediately. A special thanks to the lovely red-haired receptionist, she was incredibly sweet, helpful, and gave us amazing recommendations that truly enriched our trip. We are sincerely grateful for her support and kindness. Highly recommended! we would absolutely stay here again!

Very good location, next to very good restaurants. The distances in Batumi are really walkable anyways, but it was really close to nice food and coffee gems. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage there even after the check out hours, since we had a day trip arranged. Breakfast was super tasty, a nice variety of home cooked things, savour and sweet, lots of coffee. Totally worth it. The room and the building clean and net.

Breakfast starts at 09:00. It would be better if it would start at 08:00. No coffee maker. Small shower cabin
All of stuff in this hotel were really friendly.They helped us to arrange transportation during our stay and at the end from the hotel to the airport. Great location. Hotel is small, clean and cozy. Breakfast was good: tomatoes, cheese, eggs, sausages, etc. Thanks to Diana and Lana for their hospitality!

There was a problem with the drain in the shower, it didn’t take water fast. When I told this to the staff in the next morning, they told me that there was a locker inside which had to somehow open, but when we checked in and they were showing the room they didn’t tell us about the thing - so we had some problems with the shower

The hotel smelled absolutely clean, and the fact that smoking was not allowed was very positive for us. The receptionist was very helpful in every way and was truly friendly. I would definitely consider choosing this place again. Thank you so much.

Nothing to complain
I booked this hotel for my parents. Here is their comment: Everyone in the hotel, the owner, receptionist, housekeeper, and kitchen staff, all of them were really friendly, and they all gave their best service. Breakfast was good. They helped us arrange transportation during our stay and at the end from the hotel to the airport. The hotel is very cozy, and the location is good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Special thanks to Nino and Tina.

Coffee could be Turkish, not instant:) but it's a matter of taste, of course
Actually - all:) good location (close to both the sea and old town, many cafes/shops around; staff is friendly and helps with all (arranged heating once we mentioned it was cold, helped to arrange a birthday congrats to my friend and presented a small bottle of wine:), umbrella is available at rain:) online support is also quick and good. Room is clean, all new; room is not big but was ok for us, has all the necessary - comfy bed, tv, safe, fridge, water, washing set, towels; cleaning is everyday; good tasty breakfast with a choice of things; nice terrace to have coffee/wine :)

Very clean in rooms and in general! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff! Also, need to say about location - beautiful park is in front of the hotel, the sea is very close and old city is 10 minutes walk :)

The sweet smell in the corridors was too intense. There wasn't really a view on the garden, despite the advertising. No proper coffee for breakfast.
The kettle was fully made of metal inside (no plastic). The room was generally very clean.
