Difficult to find property as only a doorway indicating it’s a property. Had to ring a bell and wait for someone to open the front door. Staff had little/ no English. Cash only to pay? - Very difficult. No kettle nor toiletries in bedroom. Only 1 towel per person. Very plain Breakfast laid out on a plate at 9am, so no choice at all. Very difficult to get milk for a cup of tea. 1 lady hovering all the time, checking on guests, waving to turn off lights and air con. Reception is pitch black at night. Numerous steps and I fell flat on my face. Only a few bedrooms - not really a hotel in my opinion.

We had very large rooms with a lounge and dining area and a very big bathroom that had a huge bath with a shower in it. The mattress was very comfy too. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room, although the staff was very helpful in providing hot water for us to make coffee. Looking at the hotel from the outside, we were a bit worried, but once inside the building we were pleasantly surprised. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. It's within a short walking distance to a big market that has pre-cooked meals as well. Great value for money. It was a good stay for our last night in Georgia. Thank you.

Nothing really. Just a heads up though, I once went out of the hotel and had to wait for a bit to get back coz the door was locked and no one heard me knocking. The issue was resolved with pace but it's good to remember to have their phone number in case something like this happens

It was a stop over hotel for me, I needed a hot shower and a bed for a couple of hours and the hotel was ideal for this particular purpose. It isn't far from the airport and there's restaurant next door. All in all, a good stay.

Hot water line needs a pump, as the hot water pressure was too low. No remote for the A/C unit meant no A/C; this is fixable and should be fixed. Room configurations are also very odd … but this is just the way it is.

Location is great; close to the airport, metro, and locations east of Tbilisi. WiFi was good enough for a 60+ min Zoom meeting, although this can vary significantly depending on your room’s location in the building.

There is a small step on the threshold to room 101; I tripped over this while carrying a bag into the room. This step should not be there; moreover, much of the lobby has additional such steps that seem to have no purpose. But removing them now does not seem possible.

No electrical outlets beside the bed (for charging my phone) or by the desk area (for charging my computer), although they did have them in the entry/sitting room area. The WiFi was also spotty ... I would suggest adding more WiFi access points, and using Ethernet cable to connect all of them.

I chose Paradise Hotel because of its price, proximity to Tbilisi airport, and that it was clean, simple, and quiet. It met all of my expectations ... it isn't fancy, but that wasn't what I was looking for anyway.

It would be nice if they put an electric kettle in the rooms so you don't have to go downstairs to get hot water.

It was very clean. The staff were very kind. They were very nice and even my baby liked them. The room was very big and had a small fridge too and had enough space to put our stuff. I definitely recommend this hotel .
