Very pretty quaint place... Tucked away in a quiet lane yet walking distance from prominent places... The hostess was friendly n nice. Room itself is good for a single person..clean. Small nice balcony where you may unwind ...with wind blowing gives a wonderful feeling! All in all the place was charming n the hosts warm n friendly....would love to stay again...

Location is excellent for Batumi old town sightseeing, good local shoping places, restaurants, less than 15 minutes till beach by walking. Owners care for their clients and are pet friendly. Price was very democratic.

Housekeeping only after 7 nights although I stayed 6 nights . But these are the rules and I do respect them . But I think simple things leave great impressions. I mean if the host did the housekeeping before 7 nights I would be super satisfied. Anyway I was happy with my stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Guest House Lilli. The host was truly amazing – very hospitable, kind, and well-mannered, which made me feel right at home. The bed and pillows were bare bones and not very comfortable, no complaints considering the price of the hotel, but something to know if you're looking for a place to stay for multiple nights.

Perfect location, staff was super friendly letting me check in early and holding my bags for the day after check out. Facilities were more than adequate for my one night stay, and there was even a kitchen available for guest use.

The guest house is located in the old city centre, very close to the sea, the promenade, the main attractions, and restaurants (5-10 minutes on foot). The room was very clean, and everything matched the description. The hotel staff is polite and hospitable, and always available via Telegram messenger (during the day, you could also contact the staff in the restaurant on the ground floor for any questions related to your stay, if needed). There was some noise from the street in my room, but it didn’t bother me at all.

The small hotel is just in the center, the room was full of light, the beds were very comfortable, the TV showed even some cable channels, the room was super clean. There was even a small common kitchen available, and there was even an iron. I loved the stay. The air conditioner worked well, it immediately cooled down the humid air of Batumi.

It may seem a bit noisy on weekend nights, but it was not an issue for me, I slept well. The area is the center of the nightlife anyway.

Best location, very cosy room. The room was dark enough to sleep well. The sanitary ware was clean, hot water was always available in the required amount. They provide slippers, shower gel, shampoo. Also towels are available. It has kitchen with all the necessary cutlery, fridge and a washing machine. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends if they decide to visit Batumi.

Dirty and loud. The walls are so thick so you can hear every single sound from the street. Room was dirty. wall decoration was lying on the floor. Weird shower makes flood.

First, I wasn't told about the available kitchen facilities, so I did not use any. The floor was dirty and it turned the colour of my son's socks from white to near black in less than two minutes. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, this room is not for you. You can hear every word people say while walking in the street. This did not bother me because I am not a light sleeper. Additionally, you can feel the room's wall shaking when someone climbs the adjacent wooden stairs. The bathroom was a complete disaster. In addition to its mouldiness and bad lighting, there was no curtain around the bathtub, so you should wipe and dry the bathroom floor after taking a shower. The owner forgot to refill the toilet paper roll (but thankfully I had a spare roll and wet wipes in my bag). She apologized and I accepted the apology. The exhaust fan (and its switch) is very close to the showerhead and this is very hazardous and may cause someone to be electrocuted. The soup bars were the same ones used by the previous guest, and for me this is disgusting. Finally, the cheap showerhead was already damaged when I checked in but I discovered that in the night (there was no apparent damage but it was leaking from the sides). However, the owner (and to be precise: the person who is handling the Booking messages) accused me of breaking it and she said "I do not have to LIE about it" (although its value is trivial and she did not claim damages). She is not an English speaker and it is difficult to communicate with her but her tone changed from friendly (at the time of check-in) to rude at the end.

I was travelling with one child and loved the room layout in general. The air conditioning, the fan and the TV were all working fine. The beds are a little bit narrow but were clean, comfortable and sufficient in size for one person only. The location is fantastic and you can access nearby nightlife and Batumi's main attractions. Policemen are also roaming around to ensure safety of the people at late night hours, and they helped me find the property on my way back.

Bathroom was dirty and kitchen also. It wasn't soundproof at all and when people were passing by on the street we could hear what the are talking about. It disturbed our sleep every night.

The owner messaged me on the day of my reservation to tell me that she will charge me more than what my booking said. When I got there the host spoke to me in Russian and made no effort to communicate in English. No private parking as promised when I booked.
