Probably the best host we have ever had. Went out of his way to make us feel welcome and even came to pick us up when the taxi driver dropped us in the totally wrong location. He also arranged a car to send us to the airport when we left!! Communication was outstanding. Place was great. He had the sofa bed already made up upon our request. The kitchen was fully equipped, we found delicious coffee and tea there. Very stylish place.

Hosts gave us a great place to stay. Although it was before our check-in time, it welcomed us nicely and we had no problems at all. We were very satisfied with our house. Our friendly and helpful host tried to solve all our needs and succeed, we have never been a victim. If I travel again, it will definitely be the first place I will choose🥰🥰

Only stay for a night, but the apartment meets our expectations. Clean and tidy! Sutuated at quit surrounding but again closed to stores, caffe bar, restourants.Just 10 min walk from the center. Giorgi was a very responsive person, friendly and kind. Deffinetely recommended!

An amazing stay from start to finish. The place was beautiful. Host was very helpful with reserving for us a parking spot under the building and accommodating us earlier for free. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the best accommodation I've ever rented on booking.com This place was equipped with everything you could possibly need and even more. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes away from a variety of restaurants, markets, and historical monuments, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Communication with the host was also a highlight of my stay. He was always responsive and made the check-in process smooth despite our late night arrival. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I can say that it was huge in everything, the location, cleanliness and interior design of the house, everything was very well thought out, we stayed for 2 days and it was very comfortable. The apartment is in the middle of the city of Tbilisi, all attractions are within walking distance, most recommended attractions are within 100m. The apartment was super clean and cozy, it has good furnishings with fabulous showers! The hosts speak perfect English and as they mentioned Russian too. Tbilisi is beautiful and its people are very kind, the apartment is also comfortable for friends up to 5. Any time again! I highly recommend

We had a great stay at the apartment, apartment manager was great at organizing everything we needed. The apartment was new, top furnished (with its comfortableness comparable with 5 stars hotels in Tbilisi), equipped with all necessary communication technologies. Apartment is 150 meters away from the most central square in Tbilisi (Rustaveli st. and liberty square). I recommend this apartment.

This apartment is perfect! The apartment itself is spacious and very well maintained. It had everything we needed. The location could not be better. We loved this lively neighborhood Supermarkets, groceryes and pharmacies, right next to entrance there's a great grill-bar “Respublica”. Building was very central, within walkable distance to everything we wanted to see. The Host was a very polite and helpful person, during our stay and even after, set up our transfer ride to the airport. We loved staying here Thank you.

Everything was great - the location is perfect, nearby is everything you can wish for: Shopping Centre, museums, Metro and other ways of transportation, old town, monuments and parks. Communication with the owner was easiest. He was in touch for 24 hours , the apartment was clean and pretty, 10/10 :)

A beautiful place where I felt good. The Building is very modern and beautiful, right in the center of the city despite that it was very cozy, close to every main tourist attractions, mall and metro station. I love the big bed that was comfortable, good wifi internet connection which is very rare in eastern europe. George was very communicative and helpful with very high level of english language which is a big plus. I hope to stay here again when I return to Tbilisi. Thank you.
