Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaTamara is very friendly and helpful; she provided good information on things to do in Telavi, called a taxi for me, and organised a private driver. The room was nice, the area is peaceful, and I also joined one of the wine tastings which was very delicious. Thanks Tamara!

FranceBeautiful guesthouse with exceptional hosts. Very comfortable room, loved the sitting room and our little kitchen. Tamara and Sandro made us feel very at home. And the breakfasts, dinners and wine tasting were absolutely amazing. They also helped us out to find a driver and guide to take us around the region and drive us to our next destination. When we left after 3 days, it felt like saying goodbye to family !

United StatesMaybe a fan in the room for the warm summer nights.
Regarding the accommodation, we had everything we needed and slept well. As it was the heat of the summer, perhaps only a fan would have been nice. The guesthouse has a beautiful garden and seating area. We opted for the dinner and the winetasting, which for some may seem pricey, but it was worth it. We enjoyed getting aa tour and explanation of the winemaking process and tradition of Tamara and her brother's winery. If you like high quality Georgian-style amber wines (we do) then this is the place. Wine-tasting is interspersed with dinner, so it's an entire wine and food experience. We ate late into the night and had nice conversation with Tamara and her niece, Nino. Also, we learned Tamara exports some of her wine to a wineshop only 5 minutes from our home in Belgium, how convenient!

United KingdomA charming guest house wand winery. Our accomodation was actually a self-contained unit with a living room and balcony that over looked a garden full of a wide variety of roses. The shower room is tiled and spotlessly clean with a large shower and plenty of hot water. Tamar and her family are welcoming and friendly. we were very grateful that they were happy for us to use their laundry facilities. Don't miss the opportunity to do wine tasting here. Tamar will show you the on site wine-making and serve you a range of her award winning wines accompanied by delicious homemade and prepared cheeses, meats, fruits and vegetables designed to pair with the wines. Her knowledge and conversation was interesting and engaging.

United KingdomWonderful hosts - Tamar and Sandro are incredibly kind and generous. They welcomed us into their homes and even accompanied us to find taxis to get to our next destination. The dinner and wine tasting was an unforgettable experience and a MUST for anyone visiting Georgia. The wine were some of the best I have had and despite having had almost a bottle each and being a lightweight, I felt great the next morning! It was a truly special evening with some golden people and I cannot recommend it enough.

Everything was great. Sandro and Tamar are very friendly, hospitable and easy going people. We had a pleasure spending an evening with them sitting under the grape vines, tasting their amazing wines and having interesting conversations. The house was very cosy and clean. We’ve had a great sleep and woke up without any signs of hangover despite drinking a lot of wine 😊
