Very Clean, Attention-to-details, great rooms and washrooms. One of the best home stays. Great host, she waited for us till 11pm to hand over the keys and show us around the property. Would recommend everyone to go stay here!! Loved it and anytime we’re back in Kutaisi, we’re staying here!!

The lift installed to take upstairs is a bit dingy (the house is on the 6th floor), but nothing else to complain about. ♥️

Maria was really forthcoming and helpful from the get go and explained us about everything in the house and around. She has maintained an immaculate house and takes pride in sharing it with others. The house is in a prime locality, easy to reach, with ample options for restaurants and grocery shops.

The apartment was beautiful, well—equipped and exceptionally clean. It has everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a bath, especially in such cold weather and with a little boy. There are grocery stores very close to the apartment so location was convenient. Also there's free parking if you're with a car. On top of all we felt welcome and well taken care of.

The aparyment is renovated, very spacious and very well designed. There's an elevator. The location is great, and there is a supermarket and bakery right there. Mary was so welcoming and helpful! We had a wonderful time!

very nice sweet and kind host. very hosptibal and helpful. the house has great location in the city center. supermarket just downstairs and walking distance to many pubs and restaurants. the house is safe,clean, cozy,spacious and modern equipped. we love the super window with great cityview and wonderful kitchen. we love you Marlin. hope we can stay longer next time.

This is one of the best houses we have stayed in Georgia. The host is superb and responsive. The cleanliness levels are top notch and the amenities are great. The beds are comfortable and lots of storage space is there. Grocery stores are just around the corner and the town is walking distance. Everything was perfect.

The only point is about the audibility in the apartment: if neighbours in the yard have fun all night you'll hear them even with tightly closed windows.

One of the best flats I ever stayed in Kutaisi.Large clean beds with fresh white blankets, bath and all the needed even for a long stay with the family.Good location near the centre. We will definitely return if need to stay in Kutaisi.

We experienced that the lift was not working for us. Do check out about the lift with the host if you plan to use it. The apartment is at 1st floor and we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs which was not convenient😕 The check out time is not negotiable. Align the host if you want to extend👍🏻

It's a beautiful and modern/luxurious full fledged apartment. Photos and facilities mentioned match the real apartment. The host speaks English very well, helped us with the location and checking in. The location is not available on GMaps but host will share the location. We did a late check-in at night and our check-in was smooth. There is a private parking available. The apartment was warm but floor was cold. There was a soap and hand wash for toiletries. The apartment was clean. We just stayed for a night and checked out by 11.30 AM. The host is available on WhatsApp and is responsive. Host can also suggest nearby eatery places. The apartment has washer and dryer. The place is worth the price. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would definitely plan to stay again🙂
