We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNice cosy room with lots of light, beautiful terrace with mountain and garden views, and a lovely host. The guesthouse is in a convenient location in Gergeti. Useful for walking to the monastery/Mount Kazbek, is close to some nice cafes/restaurants, and has a useful on-site shop. It’s also only a quick 10 min walk down to Stepansminda town.

We were welcomed with an icecream after we parked our mc inside the gate, the kids was around, smiling and tried to communicate. When we left, we got a plate with Melon. Outside sitting area was nice, there was also Wifi. Very clean. Close to the track to the church and the mountains.

ChinaThe facilities of our order in booking system listed clearly that there would be "breakfast in the room". But when the morning came, the host told us that there was no breakfast for us. There was no horse trip, which was featured in the booking website.
The wooden house was lovely. The host gave us snacks several times (biscuits, cheese, beer, etc.). Many thanks to this! The host has a shop nearby. Chat between the local people was funny and peaceful.
