Other group were very noisy into the evening when we were trying to sleep - not the host's fault.

Family were super friendly and seemed like very genuine and lovely people.

This is a genuinely delightful place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and the family that run the guesthouse are genuinely delightful, welcoming you with the very warmest Georgian hospitality. The food they serve at dinner is some of the best I have had in two decades of visiting Georgia. I’ll certainly return when I’m back in the area and will happily recommend this place to others.

WOW! Guest House Margalita was the most relaxing place for us. You can rest on the terrace or on the balcony with stunning views across the beautiful landscape. Rooms and Dining Room are clean and cosy. Okay let's get to the food :) we had the best freshly home made Georgian Food made by Gvanca and Marina. They are two lovely and hospitable ladies who will always try to make you feel comfortable and at home. We are still dreaming of the beautiful view and the incredible food! Oh and Wifi is good ;) We will for sure come back some day!

Marina and Gvanca are very welcoming and warmhearted hostesses. They have created a beautiful guesthouse that is clean and functional with beautiful views. Marina and Gvanca have a lot of homemade, healthy food to offer to guests. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone who is planning to stay in Omalo.

As with all of the guesthouses here, the walls are thin so how quiet it is depends on the other guests.

This is a great guesthouse. It is very clean, and is a new addition above their house. Our room was small, but comfortable. The private bathroom was very nice to have with a good shower. The view is fantastic and we enjoyed it over a welcoming tea and watermelon. The food is delicious and plentiful with different selections at each meal as well as wine or chacha. The family is very nice, their grandson speaks excellent English which helped. They can drive you to the other villages if you want. We got a ride one way and walked back and it worked out perfectly for us.

Marina and Avto are phantastic and truly authentic, kind hosts. They run a very cosy guesthouse with very comfortable beds and they offer great Georgian food. A very warm atmosphere! Avto is also a safe and good driver who took us from Telavi to Omalo, and back.

Exceptional views. Great room, small but adequate and clean. Dinner was a huge selection of traditional foods, all very tasty. Hosts are charming, don't speak English but their grandkids translate.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this cozy guesthouse. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming — it felt like visiting close relatives in the countryside. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their care and thoughtfulness made us feel completely at home. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful charm of the Tusheti. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming hosts and Marina is an excellent cook who even shared some of the secrets of Georgian cuisine. The room was comfortable with warm duvets! A great balcony to enjoy the view and a nice garden. The home is really beautiful and we are grateful for the safe ride back to Telavi. Warm thank you!!!

Nothing. Bedroom not large but fine for a short stay.

Small family-run guesthouse with a gorgeous view across Lower Omalo and beyond. Great hosts and a friendly welcome with tea. Lovely food. We had a private shower/toilet with good hot water from the solar heater. Everything very clean. Chilled evening vibes in outdoor seating area and fire.

We loved our night at Margaliti, managed by a cute and welcoming family! Very comfortable room, very good meals, and beautiful view over the valley of Omalo, we loved it!

We had a comfortable and clean room. There is a beautiful balcony with view. We can sit outside with comfortable furniture. The family provides nice homecooked food. They take well care of you. If you are looking for a guesthouse, take into account that everywhere the food has to be paid extra. And in this price good food is already included. That makes it a good deal!

The guesthouse Margaliti has incredibly kind and helpfull owners and their sons/grandsons (and small dogie Zoro :-) ) who do their best to clients feel like at home. As a client you can try original georgian food made by real georgean people. And trust us - they cook really amazing food! The guesthouse has very good equipment - you are in the mountains with only road you can use to get there and you reach this remarcable guesthouse with these amazing people, nice view to the mountains and modern equipment. We couldn't make better choice with accomodation in Omalo!:)
