Great view of the wall and the valley from the balcony. Very comfortable balcony for relaxing and taking meals. The kitchen has everything you need. Comfortable and spacious bedroom and bathroom. You can get a refreshing 500ml bottle of homemade wine for a good price under 10 lari. Friendly and helpful host. Excellent location.

Of course everybody writes how awesome Maya is. But to be completely honest, awesome is an understatement. I have no words to describe her, she is so nice I love her like my own aunt and we feel so bad for only staying one night. We will come back for sure and I recommend everybody to go here when they stay in Sighnagi. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the view is amazing. Thank you Maya! See you soon again!

I really loved this guest house. Maja is a very kind and helpful host. She made sure that my stay would be as comfortable as possible. I got the bigger room and didn't need to pay extra money. The breakfast is delicious and definitely worth 20 GEL. Thank you very much, Maja!

excellent place with a best view in the town

fantastic view -owner was very polite and she was very helpful and she allowed me to use premises & to keep my luggage after my checkout as my bus was at 3pm -i have never seen such well equipped and tidy kitchen-for the view and peaceful atmosphere i would like to mention i will visit this place very soon in future -i have travelled to many places -this property is among the few which i liked very much, no doubt sighnaghi is a very picturesque small town but because of this property location and cleanliness it proved to be my most memorable trip thanks maya guest house

Maya was so lovely and met us with such warmth and kindness. The view from the balcony, overlooking the whole valley, was absolutely spectacular. We also went on a lovely tour of the area with Maya’s son who took us to various sights and wineries of the region.

The bed makes a lot of noise. There are no curtains in front of the doors in the rooms and even though the glass is not transparant you can see movements through the glass which limits the privacy.

A nice view from the guesthouse, location is perfect, the host is super sweet and friendly.

Absolutely loved my stay there. The place has a lovely balcony with a stunning view. Maya can make a super breakfast. Apart from that she can help organize a tour around wineries in Kakheti. She takes a lot of proud in being a good host and she definitely should, such an amazing person

The gas stove in the kitchen was not working when we were there. There is no air conditioning, so it is very hot in summer.

Great location a minute walk from the old town. Great views from the balcony, especially the sunrise was truly magical. Friendly host. Good homemade wine.

Maya is a local lady and to make you relax in your stay as a guest. I felt the Georgian hospitality with her. The view of balchony is outstanding dricetly looking to the city walls and full of valley and mountains. If you she can prepare delicous local breakfast and dinner. All food items from the valley. Home is superb clean rooms, bath and kitchen. You can use the kitchen also. If ı have a change to visit the city, ı will ri g the same home bell.
