The view from the bedrooms are spectacular, you feel like you are in the mountains. Really well made property, better than everything in the area. Loads of natural light, terrace with lights, sturdy beds and super friendly hosts.

Great value for money! Spacious, warm (in winter), quiet and clean. Particularly like the courtyard upstairs. Walking distance to Rooms Hotel. Mountain views of Trinity church is as described. Host is very responsive, kind and helpful - even offered us a free lift from restaurant to home after dinner, and found us a local driver to take us to the Trinity church at a very reasonable price in a very short notice.

There is no option to regulate heating in rooms, so at night it can get pretty hot. TV is good and new, it just needs some kind of update to use Netflix (tried to log in my account), but it was no issue for us, couse we did not actually need it anyways.

The cottage looks just like in pictures, everything is clean and it has all you need for few days stay. It is located 10-15 min from center. Really nice and friendly hosts - they are just across the street, so if you need something, they are ready to help.

I have traveled a lot across Georgia and I really loved this place. Very beautiful, fully equipped house in an amazing location. Perfect view on Kazbeg mountain, quiet area and very friendly host. Definitely will come back

Had to request hot water to be switched on after arriving. Then had to ask for the heating to be turned on but couldn’t switch it off ourselves when not needed.

The property was 10 minutes away from the centre and was very peaceful neighbor hood!! The hosts were super kind and we were welcomed with the local wine, every inch of the house was picturesque, the property was super clean and was well equipped with everything to make your own meals!! It was a lovey stay can’t wait to come back 🙏🙏

This is definitely not a problem, but for those who are light sleepers or cannot tolerate a hot room when sleeping, it is important to note: the heating is not regulated, so the rooms are quite hot (during winter en spring). Also at night you can hear water dripping into the battery. We slept like the dead after the hike, but it may be uncomfortable for some people.

Superb spacious house with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Everything is clean, beautiful, and thought out according to the needs of the guest. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare regular meals. An incredibly beautiful terras with views of the mountains (here the mountain is surrounded on all sides, and at night you can see clearly the stars). The house is very spacious: it can easily accommodate 5-6 people. The owners live in a neighboring house and respond quickly if you need help or advice, they are very responsive and kind people. Distance: 15 minutes from shops, restaurants and minibuses to/from Tbilisi, approximately 2 km from the start of the trail to the Gergeti Trinity Church. The climb to the hut from the center is quite steep, and if you have a lot of luggage, it can be tiring.

Everything was great!

Our host Tamta was very friendly and helpful, He helped us plan our itineraries and recommended places. The cottage was very cosy, clean and designerly furnished. The cottage had amazing views, Most importantly, the price is lower than the quality. we love it really, A big recommendation from me. Thanks for the great hospitality

There was an old broken big old wrecked building in front of house n other side was a dumping place which was an eyesore

- the main reason why i give 7 stars is because of the bathroom. water gets collected while bathing. my sister had to bathe in 3 inch deep puddle because it takes about 30 minutes for the water after a bath to drain. - second reason is the curtains, there are only two curtains in the hall. three curtains are required to cover all the windows. passing cars can see what you’re doing in the house. - third reason is the tv. it is old and outdated. was unable to log in to my Netflix account or cast it to the screen. tried for more than 1.5-2 hours. but no use. was genuinely frustrated because of this as we had no other option to pass time. - if you are here for hours, make sure that you have entertainment options as tv cannot be counted. bring books to read or your own laptop, etc. - there is no microwave but that’s okay as we heated our food on the gas - no bathroom slippers were provided - no shampoo, body wash - the hand wash was watered down but we brought our own toiletries - there is no door on the upstairs room, not ideal for two couples but perfect for friends/family

- extremely neat and clean - excellent aesthetic and built of the house for the price, you can see that it is made with love. almost a 5 star look. - properly heated - kitchen had utensils, soap and scrub - bathroom had hair dryer - the view!! you can see mount kazbegi - the balcony, it is absolutely insane - the hair dryer has a universal adaptor port, that helped with charging

We loved our stay at the magic hut, first of all its very clean and the staff are kind and friendly. Also, the view is just breathtaking from every room. We totally loved staying there, and it’s also perfect for a family because it has 2 bedrooms. Highly recommend!!
