Nothing really to complain about the place itself. We tried to walk to the city center and it was not so easy because of the traffic and non existing sidewalks. However, taxis are very affordable and it is only 10 minutes to the city center.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ma Xata. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We felt at home. The place has a nice terrace for a relaxed time and nice views, they also have a cute dog.

The location is slightly further from town center, but it is a reasonable ~20-25min walk or a very quick and cheap ~6 lari Bolt taxi away from the town center.

The view from this hotel is the main appeal of the location. It is a very beautiful and serene view of Tbilisi at all times of day/night. The hosts are very accommodating and happy to help.

Excellent location with view over all of Tbilisi. Has a rooftop which you can use at night to enjoy the nightlights of the city. Room had lots of natural light and was clean. Very friendly hosts.

Great roof top view. Excellent greeting. They even helped to change my flat tyre early in the morning with pleasure. Room was very comfy. Toilet and bath were excellent. Overall its worth for more than i paid. Will book the same stay if i have to come Tbilisi again. Thanks so much ❤️

Lack of availability of breakfasts.

Great view of the city! The rooms are very clean. Owners clean and change bed linen\towels every day. For those, who complain about having to walk uphill to get to the hotel - a taxi from the hotel to the central park takes 5 minutes and costs pennies.

One thing to note is that the stairs are spiral, so if you prefer not to navigate stairs, you might want to choose a room on the 3rd floor. Overall, we liked the place and recommend it.

My husband, son, and I stayed at Ma Xata for one night, and it was a pleasant experience. The place was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including shower gel, towels, shampoo, and toothbrushes. Even though we made the booking last minute and arrived around 9:00 PM, we were welcomed warmly. The address was clear, so we found the place easily. The property features a nice yard and a relaxing rooftop area with city views. They also have a cute dog who barks at first but becomes friendly and playful. If you’re not a dog lover, it might be helpful to know that the dog is kept on the first floor, behind a small gate, so it shouldn't be a problem.

It would be nice to have a light switch by the bed (or maybe just a small lamp) so you don't have to get out of bed to turn off the lights

The view of the city is beautiful! Watching the sunset from the roof terrace with some wine and snacks, really nice. The room itself is also great, very spacious and comfortable and it's all nicely put together. In 15 minutes you can walk to the Sameba cathedral (or just order a taxi and you can be anywhere in the city within 10min). Can highly recommend staying here. For us it was the perfect ending of our Georgia trip

Just a couple of things: location wasn’t the most convenient and payment was cash only. But no dramas at all.. we worked around and would stay there again :)

Room was so lovely! All renovated. So clean! Aircon was excellent as it was so hot in Tbilisi. Host was super kind and friendly. Terrace was great! We sat there and watched a beautiful sunset!!! We really enjoyed our stay. Great value for money!!

The location was great for me as it was in the part of Tbilisi where few people/tourists would go. It was a nice neighbourhood and an AMAZING view from the house for sure. The room was very clean. Maria was so hospitable and nice that it made our stay there worthwhile. Highly recommended!
