Yavuz and his staff were extremely helpful and super quick to respond to any questions and requests! While the room is small, the balcony is extremely spacious and a wonderful spot to enjoy. There are wonderful touches to the room like free cold drinks, coffee, slippers, etc. The location was pretty easy to access from the airport via public transport which was a huge plus. lots of places close by for food as well as the waterfront! Wifi was strong and smart TV as well! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house is in a fantastic location. It's within walking distance to two shopping malls. The items and furniture are modern and practical. There's a smart TV. We had a very enjoyable two days. The appartment is a brilliant place to stay. Stylish + modern, well equipped with a lovely terrace to sit out on. He's thought of everything, a super comfortable bed with lovely bed-linen. The appartment is very well located, close to the bus + train station, and in walking distance of the city Centre with a big shopping mall with shops + cafes around the corner. We Loved this place! It is very new, looks exactly like the pictures and has everything you need. The view is very pleasing from the balcony and the location is convenient to many tourist destinations. The hosts take hospitality very seriously and give great recommendations and tips. Perfect location. All as described. I can highly recommend the apartment. It was clean, shiny, stocked fully and I liked it the most. The Parking was always available for the residents which was a huge bonus because it is really difficult to find free parking in the center.

Had a great time in the apartment. The location is perfect - right in the center, but not on the main street so you get some peace and quiet. The design is modern and well thought out, with various amenities readily available. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect location in the center of Tbilisi, I felt myself as real Tbilisian in an incredible apartment with everything I needed and more (photos are absolutely realistic). I loved spending my free time just hanging out downstairs in the respublica grill bar, in 5 minutes you can reach lots of restaurants and bars but the area itself is really cozy despite being central. The apt was super clean and host is the great person, always available and kind.
