The view from the window/ balcony is spectacular! Very clean and confortable. Modern bathroom and great shower! Nice welcome and made to feel at home. There is a bbq area for guests to use. The hosts are available to help if requested. Note that it’s 10 minutes walk uphill from the centre of town.

The mattress of the queen bed needs to be changed.

Friendly host, quick response from them. Also helped arrange the local trip. Great location, you can see Trinity Church and the mountains. Restaurants are close by and you can walk to the city easily

What an amazing stay, best decision ever… 5/5 for the rooms 5/5 for the location 5/5 for the view from room David was an amazing host, though could not meet him, he was very helpful and kind. Highly recommending this little wood house and if ever I will be back in Georgia, this will by only place of stay, no second thoughts ever

The fact that we couldnt get full sealing of the windows during morning. We had to.open the window cause it was very hot inside, but a simple AC would do the trick, or getting up at 7am.

Vehicle parking spaces are a little cramped up. Stairs to bed is a little steep. Elderly or kids pls be careful.

The windows of the cabin are transparent and they face the windows of the other cabins. We didn't have as much privacy as we had hoped and we had to close the curtains so we couldn't enjoy the view and daylight. In addition, in the morning it was very noisy, even from the direction of Stepzaminda you can hear everything loudly and from the neighbors. The staff was not so available and approachable. The kitchen was not that well equipped.

The cottage was great! Very beautiful, clean, new and cozy! I like the bath :)

I bet you cannot find a better view of kazbegi any other hotel. I can sit hours at front terrace of chalet and enjoy my coffee by looking dancing clouds on the peaks of high mountains. Not for from city center area of this small town. 10min walk obviously bit steep as you can expect in kazbegi. Lovely owner. They do take care of everything. Community efficiently on WhatsApp. Had their own parking for car. Kitchen had everything you need. All 7******* 👍👏

It is a bit far from any grocery so better get your stuffs before u check in Some flying insects which are accepted for a mountain stay So better keep the windows closed

The location is suburb The view is very beautiful The staff working there is so helpful and smiley all the time I stayed for one day with the kids , cottage is so spacious with two convertible sofa beds down And a very comfy bed upstairs
