Lilia is a wonderful host and very welcoming. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view is just amazing with the mountains in the background. Especially when the sun goes down! She also recommended us amazing authentic restaurants and wineries in the region.

The property is a beautiful house with a very nice terrace overlooking a very green garden full of flowers. We also had a balcony in our room and everything was very clean. The hosts are incredibly kind, offering us fruit and a tasty breakfast. They were really lovely and helped us with our questions and made us feel at home. Disclaimer: it might be a bit hard to find the location in google maps (or at least we had that issue), it appears as “lilia” instead of the whole name :)

Lilia is a very nice host. She is very friendly and gladly helps however she can. She cooked me breakfast one day and even brought me some watermelon at night. She doesn't speak much English but does her best. Room was clean and very spacious, bathroom as well

Incredible value for money with super clean and quiet rooms and the most delicious pancakes. The back balcony and the private balcony on my room were just wonderful. Lilia is a complete delight and I loved staying with her - she truly made me feel like I was joining the family for my brief stay. She also helped me with organising a driver, Giorgi, for exploring the region and Giorgi found me some amazing spots that really made the trip.

A lovely house with a nice balcony overlooking the garden. What makes this guesthouse special though is Lilia herself - she is wonderful! She let us try her wine and Cha Cha which were delicious and made us pancakes one morning. We felt so at home and would highly recommend it!

Owner very welcoming. Between my non existent Georgian and her limited English we got by absolutely fine. The owner made pancakes for breakfast with a homemade apple jam for me both days it was absolutely delicious. The weather was cold (April) there was a cold snap but the room was warm and cozy. There was also a kitchen you could use and a balcony with chairs and tables overlooking the garden. Great value for the price paid. Parked hire car on the street opposite no problem at all.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lilia's place in Telavi, and I can say that I think this is the most hospitable overnight stay I've ever had! Lilia's place is very central and easy to find. I arrived and was given a tour of the house. My room, which was spotless, had an extremely comfy bed - perfect for one night. The house is cosy, authentically Georgian and the whole experience felt like I was staying over at a kind friend's house. After I returned from my meal in the evening (a restaurant recommended by Lilia) I was welcomed home with tea and cake, and I was treated to the same for breakfast, which I ate on the balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. I slept well, and felt very safe here as a solo traveller. I would highly recommend Lilia's house for someone looking for a quiet and welcoming stay in the center of Telavi. დიდი მადლობა, ლილია!

Host Leila was very friendly, helpful and offered lots of advice on where to visit and eat. Leila made her famous pancake for us one breakfast and we really enjoyed it. Spacious room, constant hot water and room heater is warm enough for us in early November. Sights are all within walking distance. Great stay.

The family was ready to help at any moment. The hostess cooked us very tasty plinis, even though we had not ordered breakfast. We had the opportunity to cook a barbecue in the garden of the family. I would definitely stay at this accommodation next time I'm in Thelavi

I loved our host - such a sweet and attentive lady. I was also impressed by the exceptional cleaness there. We stayed in a big family room with three beds and private bathroom, the room was cozy, the beds were comfortable, even the linen was cozy: the bathroom was shining. Another good thing about this place - there is a fully eqipped shared kitchen with a small dining zone, so you can make tea/coffee there by yourself and have meals, in case you arrive late as we did.

This is the second time we've stayed at Lilia's little paradise in Telavi and it was just as amazing as the first. Lilia is the sweetest, most caring hostess, always making sure her cozy, beautiful home and her guests are taken care of. Charming house and rooms, great wine, and the pancakes Lilia served us in the morning were absolutely divine. We can't wait to return!

Lilia welcomed us warmly. The experience was like staying with family. She made us beautiful pancakes for breakfast and on another day homemade khachapuri and cake. We were able to see how her family made wine and were given a bottle free. Lilia arranged a driver to take us on a tour of wineries and historic sites. Staying with Lilia was a highlight of our trip.

Lilia is an incredibly welcoming host who went the extra mile to ensure we were having a great stay. Rooms are spacious and there is a terrace overlooking her beautiful garden. They made us park our car inside their gates and arrange for a driver to take us on a wineries and surrounding monasteries tour (which we very much enjoyed) for a very reasonable price. Last, but not least, her husband makes some really delicious home made wine :). Should we go back, we'd definitively stay again!

Lili was the kindest host we have ever had! So gentle, su much caring! She made us feel like home. The house is beatiful, with an amazing common area, balcony facing the garden. The room is large and confortable. Good wifi, nice shower. Just a short walk to the center. I could not recommend this place more. I will always remember it with love. A bit weird that the air condition isn’t included, I’d just increase the price for everyone by 5 GEL and include it. Bathroom is alright but not the most convenient for taller people.

Lovely host, clean stay, pancakes for breakfast were very nice, she recommends a nice driver for the day as well (150 GEL for a day tour)

Lilia is a lovely lady who really makes you feel at home, very friendly and chatty and on departing she wouldn't let me leave without a mountain of pancakes! Guest house is in a lovely quiet location, short walk to the centre and a wonderful cafe/bakery at the end of the street. The house is lovely with many period features and you can also sit in the beautiful garden or on the terrace. The room was perfect, very large and clean and despite the hot weather, didn't need to use the air con. Highly recommended, would love to return

Staying in Lilia's guest house everytime I'm going back to Telavi is a no brainer ! Lilia is such a warm and kind host, her breakfast are delicious, the room are quite big and the little garden is amazing ! If you also have the chance to try the wine of the house, you should :)
